Condo on the Water at Shelter Cove Harbour!

Location was great, host easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions

It’s the first time I’ve ever been late to check out. Perhaps it was the relaxed balcony (thanks to the fan), the comfortable sofas, or the gorgeous view of the harbor from the master bedroom. Maybe it was the convenience of the restaurants and stores. Maybe it was the whole vibe (Tuesday fireworks without leaving the condo!). Maybe it was the fact that I could work and relax at the same time. Whatever it was, this felt more like retirement than vacation - and the real estate office downstairs helped me dream! We stayed during an incredible heat wave in July and yet I felt so chill. And then the cleaning crew needed to get in to the condo to get the place ready for the next lucky guests. I’ll be back!

Great location for easy access to beach, tennis center, eating/drinking establishments, grocery, and miles of bike paths. Condo allows fabulous views of the harbour and superior people watching.Owner was extremely helpful and responsive.Overall 5 stars.

First, our host Byron had excellent communication before and during our stay. He provided a very detailed welcome package. The condo is in a great location in Shelter Cove overlooking the harbor. Our trip was in early April with weather in the 70’s which was perfect. For part of the week there were two couples. Having separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent mornings having breakfast on the patio and cocktails in the evening soaking up the sun. Furnishings were comfortable. We loved having dining options within walking distance and took advantage of the harbor activities including a dolphin sunset cruise and a Craig boat tour. Both were a blast. The bike trails and beaches were easy to access. We got to ride bikes daily and hope to return next year. . Thanks for a great stay.

Had a great stay

The property is ideally located and the view is perfect for my husband and me. We have stayed at this property a few times over the years. We love it.

Condo has everything you need. Byron was so thorough with instructions it made accommodations easy. Sunsets over the Marina was a nightly highlight. My Wife and I already looking forward to the next time we can return.

We rented almost a month, during a move, while waiting on work to be completed.The owner was immediately responsive to any IT issues we had during our stay. The area is a fun place to be with good restaurants and shops. We had one major issue with being locked out onto the 2nd story patio. Security for the marina finally decided it OK to respond after being out there for an hour. Owner will look at correcting patio door lock issue, as it was not the first time this has occurred. Just be aware. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Condo on the Water is a perfect family vacation spot! There are 5 in our family, and we were very comfortable. The location is a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach and a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The balcony is a perfect viewing spot for the Tuesday night fireworks. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for dining and other activities. The kitchen is well equipped, including a high end coffee maker and bean grinder - we used daily. We also greatly appreciated the level of cleanliness throughout. We would highly recommend this property!

The condo has been wonderful! The bikes are great and are much better than the ones we typically receive when we rent bikes. The baskets are a plus as well. The Apple play is soooo great as we are music lovers, and an option that we have never had in a rental before. The master bed is more comfortable than the new mattress we paid a lot of $$$ for just months ago! We enjoy morning coffee on the deck. We had amazing views of the lightning show last night as well as the fireworks. The pickle ball clinic is great. Noa, the instructor, was awesome! We enjoyed the beach yesterday, and the beach chairs were definitely a plus! Today, we will have a massage at The Westin Spa. ♥️ Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo. We hope to visit again I the fall!

Great location, owner was very nice to provide bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. The view was Beautiful off the balcony. Everything we needed was close by, restaurants, shops, bakery, grocery store.

0ur visit was the week of July 4th & we were a little concerned about crowds. It really was reasonable. We thought being on the water might be noisy & it wasn't. The bike/ walking paths were everywhere & made it so easy to get around & to the beach. The restaurants were good & the shopping was fun & beachy. Listening to nightly music from our porch was perfect with a glass of wine. I could go on & on, literall a perfect location, lots of activity lunch/dinner options! It felt like we used everything available... the house is packed with everything you need. Loved it!

Great place!

We loved the property at Harbourside. We love Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. Conveniently located to locally owned shops and restaurants. And the Tuesday night fireworks were awesome. Perfect view from our balcony. The condo was very roomy and very comfortable. A few of the cooking pans were in need of replacement but overall very good. Also pool is very close which was great!
