Comfortable Villa with private pool and sauna near Zadar, Croatia

We were really impressed with the property. Very modern and clean. The pool was amazing and the added bonus of a pool table and ping pong in the garden kept the kids busy, and don’t forget the bikes as well! Really enjoyed having an outside sound system too which made afternoons fun and created a great atmosphere. We would recommend and would stay again in the future. It was a 10 minute cycle down to the sea front or a 30 minute walk. There were a few beach front bars and a couple of restaurants….Moreta in Privlaka we would recommend. Fantastic fully equipped villa for a perfect family stay. A beautiful area with so many wonderful beaches, coves and historic towns. Having a car helped but the well maintained bikes also made it easy to explore. The villa had everything you needed from a banging sound system to a great sauna and a lively clear pool with lots of shady spits around. Kristin’s was very welcoming, helpful and always available if needed. Would come again for sure!

We loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and better - the villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated that there was towels for the pool, the air conditioning and loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is the perfect size and our two teens spent many hours having fun in there. It is peaceful and we loved the hammocks were you can enjoy an afternoon snooze in the shade. The pool table was a huge hit as was the table tennis and the bikes. The villa is also very well placed for visiting close by beaches in Privlaka and we adored Nin which is great for its restaurants and quirky shops. We went out most nights to watch the beautiful sunsets and had a special day out to Krka National Park which has stunning waterfalls and we even got the chance to hold a tortoise! Overall, our holiday in Croatia was wonderful. We would love to return to this villa one day again - thank you for a fantastic stay!

Everything was as in the description and on the pictures. The house is very well equiped, with all necessary things you need. The communication worked very well and the owners are very kind. The olive trees outside are vers nice so you can lay in the shadow if you want to. Very nice extras are the table tennis table, billard table, the sauna and the bikes. The only thing which was not absolutely perfect was the fact that there are only 7 bikes (we were 8) and two of them were not in a good condition, but accept from that everything was marvelous. We would diffently recommend this holiday home!

We had a nice stay. The checkin was perfect and Kristina had perfectly prepared the villa for us. Although the house is not directly at the beach, you can reach beauiful beaches and cities quickly. We will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic two-week vacation in this house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was not only comfortable but also beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The highlight, of course, was the private pool, which provided us with hours of relaxation and fun. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the Croatian coastline and nearby towns easily. Moreover, the property owners were incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home. They were always available to assist us. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in this beautiful country

Kristina was very friendly and polite and the villa was spotless. You have everything you need in the villa with a nice bonus welcome package too. Pool and outside area was perfect. Great for wildlife with what would be rare birds in the UK all in the garden .. Turtle Dove, Bee-eater, Hoopoe, Golden Oriole and Woodchat Shrike! Plus added bonus of butterflies on the lavender and tortoise in the fields. We had a great relaxing week which our girls loved relaxing in and out of the pool. Kristina was happy to help with advice and suggestions for restaurants and trips. We would recommend a v early start if you go to Plitvice lakes as its much less crowded. Nin is good for restaurants and only 7 mins away whilst Lake Vrana is a good day out for birdlife. Much recommended and thanks to Kristina for a great stay.

For once, the pictures did full justice to this lovely holiday villa, which was light and spacious and had an excellent swimming pool. Everything that was promised in the listing was delivered - spotless cleanliness, wonderfully effective air conditioning and fully functioning WiFi. Kristina was the perfect host - always available when we had a problem (brief power cut), full of helpful advice and generous with the welcome gift and local produce. We only had two weeks, but we would loved to have stayed in this idyllic haven for longer

We simply loved our stay here! The house and grounds were spotlessly clean, communication throughout was fabulous - always there to answer any questions we had. We loved having the pool table with our older kids (14 and 18) and the swimming pool just outside was very clean. We especially liked having no immediate neighbors and being able to explore the area. The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Possible suggestions going forward would be to maybe have a little book with recommended restaurants, recommended things to do but we were also able to message and ask and received some lovely suggestions so it wasn’t a problem not having it. We would 100% come back and stay again and have already recommended this property to several of our friends who are looking at booking an upcoming stay. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
