Outside the property has large private pool complemented with 1 covered barbecue, small lawned area. In another extension of the property (with complete privacy vis-a-vis the holiday home and its guests), the owner lives, if she needs any assistance, she will readily help.
It has a classic style decoration, integrated into the manor house architecture.
The decoration is very detailed, highlighting the owner's good taste in providing a unique holiday accommodation. The house has 6 bedrooms (3 of them with private bathroom). Upstairs we have 5 bedrooms, a small living room with piano, and 1 shared bathroom.
On the ground floor we have 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room with fireplace, shared bathroom and kitchen with dining table.

The villa is ideal for accommodating 2-3 families or large groups up to 12 people.

The house is located in the center of the town, which has all the necessary trade services for your holidays. In front of the property there is ease of parking.

This house is easily accessible and has the advantage of being 9 km from Póvoa de Varzim town - and its beaches - and from the A28 motorway linking Porto with Caminha.
