Comfort & fun w/ pool & games area

A fantastic stay with plenty of space and great amenities. The villa was very comfortable, and everyone had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which added something special to the holiday.

We really enjoyed the villa, with its spacious and welcoming environment. The entertainment options were fantastic. We also tried one of the boat tours offered, which made the holiday extra memorable.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful and modern villa. Everything was well prepared, comfortable, and perfect for our large group. We also booked an airport transfer, which made the arrival very easy and stress free.

We had the most incredible week at Villa Santa Rosa. The house is huge, beautifully decorated and feels completely brand new. It’s clear that a lot of care went into setting everything up, from the soft furnishings to the entertainment options. We were a group of 20 and everyone had space to relax, whether in the bright living room, the pool area or the amazing spa zone. The heated pool was definitely worth it, and having two jacuzzis, a sauna and even an ice bath made it feel like a proper wellness retreat. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the layout of the house worked really well for a big group. We also had a great time playing snooker, table tennis and using the PlayStation and board games inside. The location is peaceful, but central enough to explore the Algarve easily. Honestly, it felt like a private hotel just for us, can’t wait to return!

Villa Santa Rosa was ideal for our group holiday. We were three families with kids of different ages, and the villa had something for everyone. The downstairs bunk room was a hit with the kids, and the pool area is very safe and private. The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and sun terrace — great spots to unwind. There’s lots of space both indoors and outdoors, and the villa is equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay, including laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach and Armação de Pêra town centre are just a short drive away. All in all, a great family-friendly villa with luxury touches — we didn’t want to leave!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Santa Rosa. The villa is stylish, clean, and very well maintained. Each floor offers something different, we especially loved the sea-view terrace and the private pool, which we had heated for maximum comfort. The bedrooms are spacious, and having so many en-suites made things much easier with a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the dining/living area, so it's very sociable. We also appreciated the peaceful location — it’s far enough from the tourist noise, yet everything is just a short drive away. Would definitely return!

We stayed at Villa Santa Rosa with our extended family, 12 adults and 6 kids, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is huge and well laid out across three levels, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room, and the adults appreciated the en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed cooking and eating together in the spacious dining area. The outdoor area is a dream, the heated pool was worth the extra cost, and the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evenings. We also had some great BBQ nights. The location is quiet but close to beaches and shops, just a few minutes by car. Highly recommend for large groups looking for comfort and convenience.
