Come Relax on our Big Deck. 1st Hole, 2nd Tee Robert Trent Jones Golf Course!!

My husband and I and our two fur babies, stayed at this lovelely condo! One of the best we have ever stayed in, ever! We have everything we needed, and then some! The owners thought of everything! The communication with the owners was phenomenal, and their readiness to help us to be comfortable and happy was a joy! Everything was so wonderful, that we made future plans to come back!

Beautiful property. Very welcoming and relaxing. Everything you need to cook a meal. Tons of places to walk, bike or drive to. Hilton Head beaches are beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised! Very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Great location - short walk to beach (10 minutes) and quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Dianne was fantastic, she checked in on us a few times and and was very responsive when we reached out to her. We'll be back.

Diane was an excellent host! She was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. The location was perfect, just a short bike ride to the beach, and the property itself was beautiful. We especially loved the peaceful backyard with its stunning view of the golf course and trees. It was so relaxing and serene. The home was comfortable and well-equipped throughout with everything we needed for our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

Stayed for 3 weeks with family and our dog to enjoy some golf and warmth - great location, walkable to beach and clean, well stocked house. Even managed to see some snow (not part of the original plan!). Good value

This is a great property to have a much needed calm and relaxing getaway. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. Property owners quickly responded to a question and were very friendly. A wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Diane’s villa. The home is comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The back deck is spacious and lovely with a great view. Diane was welcoming and great with communication. We had no issues at all. The location is great and close to all of the fun. We look forward to returning to HHI and would absolutely rent this villa again!

We stayed with our 2 dogs. Very convenient to take dogs out first thing in the morning, to the walking path, to General Store & a little bit longer to beach, but worth the walk. Spacious & well stocked with just about everything. Gorgeous, large deck with best view of the golf course. We want to come back soon. Host was excellent & prompt to communicate. Loved it

We had a great time during our first visit to Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes was a great area to be in with all of the amenities and with so many other things a quick five minute drive away. The condo was great and fit our family perfectly! It was the perfect size and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was a little longer than we had expected based on other reviews. It was a good 15 minute walk to the beach access at the Dune House. Great vacation and will be back to Hilton Head again!

We loved our stay at this Palmetto Dunes appartment! It was clean, well stocked, quiet and has a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course. With walking distance to the pool, 5min bike ride to pickleball courts/general store and 10min to the beach the location is perfect! Diane has been very nice and has always promptly responded to questions. We highly recommend this vacation home and would love to come back.

This property is exactly as listed. Excellent location with proximity to amenities, beach, and restaurants. Extremely clean and well-maintained home with plenty of space for our family and dog. We very much enjoyed our stay and Diane was a great communicator and host. Would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd year staying at this location. We love this property! The unit is very spacious and clean. It has everything in it you need. My family included myself, husband and 18 year old son. We also brought our 16lb miniature schnauzer. The unit even has food and water bowls for your fur baby. Loved sitting outside on the spacious deck having my morning coffee and breakfast. Hope to stay in this unit again next year.

The unit is very clean and updated. The kitchen/den area is particularly roomy and open. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck overlooking the first hole of the golf course. We saw beautiful birds, and deer coming out to feed around sunset. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all we needed. The general store is fairly close by and the units are close to the main entrance so that getting out of Palmetto Dunes is quick.
