I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and spacious! All the amenities we needed. Decorated very nicely! Had an issue with the tub draining and it was fixed in a matter of hours! Would definitely stay here again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice and comfortable. It was clean and decorated nicely. The only items I would have liked to be different is better outdoor furniture and clean the outdoor space. It was dirty and the storage box was moldly and unsightly. The indoor rugs were also dirty/stained. It was a short walk to the beach.The kitchen was good except no basics like salt or saran wrap. Great AC and hot water and very quiet. I would prefer a property with an oceanfront pool and clubhouse like the Omni and Hilton.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location ! So close to beach and pickleball however this unit need some serious updates. Air conditioning Went out and it took 2 days to repair, closet door in the master was off and they never addressed it, all rugs were stained and worn, television instructions were impossible to navigate, kitchen had bits and pieces of what you needed but were put away all over. It was a search to find the lid for anything or matching items. The living room furniture was worn and cushions sunk when you sat down from wear . This is the second year we stayed at this condo and won’t be back unless some changes are made.

Would like to have a screen on doors in sitting room since it was nice would rather have the fresh air. Problem with nats. Empty the garbage and kept doors closed. Musty smell.

It was clean and comfortable and was in a great location for access to the beach. While all of these things are minor, if you want honest feedback on possible improvements it would be as follows: a new broom is needed, there is no dustpan, and the vacuum had an odor to it when it ran. The coffee cups were also really small. Again all minor things. We would absolutely return to Palmetto Dunes and this exact rental again!
