Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom villa is located in Palmetto Dunes in the tranquil Queens Grant neighborhood. This open plan, pet friendly villa is the perfect place for a peaceful Island escape. With it's open plan, and coastal blues interior, you'll find everything you need. As you enter the villa you'll have the fully stocked kitchen to the right of you and the open plan dining area that seats 6 aswell as the comfortable living area with high vaulted ceilings with views to the outside deck. The deck is closed in for privacy with a brand new table seating 4 as well as a gas grill.

Both the bedrooms are found to the left of the main living area, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and has a large TV and a desk area perfect for remote work. Bedroom 2 offers 1 queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large TV.

This villa has easy access to the community pool and is only a 7 - 10 minute walk to one of the beautiful Hilton Head beaches. The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beaches through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a convenient bikeway/walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Center, which feature a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants.
