Gate Pass Fees: The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) requires a $45 fee per vehicle for gate passes, applicable for stays of 1–179 nights. For stays longer than 179 nights, different charges apply.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

    This was our first time visiting Seabrook and we absolutely loved it!! This particular rental was perfect for my family. It was close to the beach, pool and golf. It was super clean and everything was labeled and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the windows in the living room were great to look out all day. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for having us!

    We all loved the place. Updated unit with very nice tasteful decore. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the beach and beach club. It was our first time at Seabrook island and we lived it. Definitely will return.

    We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seabrook Island. This was our first time and we had a blast. The condo looks exactly like the photos. Super-cute and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. anything you would need to cook. It was a short walk to the beach access and beach club. We drove most days to an access point a bit further down with wider beaches. The rental company gives tons of info and texted us when the condo was ready for check-in. The whole process was very smooth. Amenity cards are included with the rental, so that is also a plus! We fell in love with Seabrook and will definitely be back.

    Very clean villa 10 minute walk to the beach short drive to the pool. The unit was clean and well stocked. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, kids, toys, and beach cart to haul it all to the beach. There were a bikes there, but we did not, use them. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seabrook Island, and at Spinnaker 774.
