THE SPACE
Our 1450 square foot ranch stylevilla has been recently renovated, creating a dream “get away” experience. The open floor plan includes two spacious bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen overlooking the expansive living-dining area, that feature a luxurious floor plan and breathtaking high vaulted ceilings with skylights to add an abundance of natural light along with an outside deck area and much more! A service court off the front entrance provides additional storage for beach chairs as well as private trash pickup.

KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING
Your gorgeous high-end chef's kitchen features new appliances, stone countertops as well as breakfast seating which overlooks the dining table, great for family meals or game nights. Step into the light and airy living room with oversized automatic reclining sectional sofa great for reading or catching a movie on the smart TV plus cable. Also within the living area is a desk space for your remote work needs.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are two bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6 along with two bathrooms. The primary suite has a king size bed, two large closets as well as two dressers, mounted tv with cable, ceiling fan, private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and direct access to the deck. The second bedroom has two full beds, closet and dresser, tv with cable, ceiling fan and an attached bathroom also with a tub/shower combo. Linens provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Private deck accessible through french doors from main living room as well as primary bedroom. Space includes umbrella table for 4 along with spacious sofa and additional chairs for extra seating. Enjoy early morning coffee on the deck, fire up the grill in the evening or enjoy the outdoor TV which includes cable. Gas grill (new in May 2026) with propane available for guest use.

QUEENS GRANT AMENTITIES:
- Five outdoor pools (unheated, open from approx April to September 30)
- On-call Dunes Buggy (complimentary, April to September)
- Bike trails connecting entire resort
- Access to three world-class golf courses (additional fee)

EXTRA PERKS & DETAILS:
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer and 2 adult bikes with baskets. Unassigned parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in Queens Grant lot. Parking pass must be displayed at all times within community. The unit is accessed via one step at the entryway.

    My husband and I have been using VRBO for 5 years for winter homes. This was the cleanest, prettiest rental we have stayed in. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. We would stay here again

    What a great weekend on the island, mid 70s in early February. Our stay was exactly what we needed in this unit. Plenty of open space for gatherings, yet still a nice “home like” feel to it! Property was clean, spacious and a great location within Palmetto Dunes. The plantation has amazing amenities from golf, restaurants, recreation and beautiful walking trails. Kathy was very attentive to messages and an all around great host! Hope to be back soon!

    I can not say enough good things about this property, its location, and the owners Bob and Kathy. They were very accommodating and always quick to respond to requests and questions. The property itself was in immaculate condition. It is impossible to think of one negative that I could list about it. The area is centrally located. Pickle ball is a five minute walk. The beach is about a ten minute walk. And using the bikes provided you can get to anywhere in the area on the large network of paved paths not only in Palmetto Dunes, but also in the surrounding area. On one day we did a 9 mile bike ride and another did a 19 mile ride without having to go on the same path twice. Also, don't miss out on riding the bikes on the beach during low tide. Finally, the dining options are second to none. We will definitely be looking at Bob and Kathy's property the next time we travel to Hilton Head.

    Condo was excellently appointed, clean, bright, and in a perfect location for walking to the beach, pickleball, General Store, etc.. owners were wonderful with assistance and communication. Highly recommend!

    Great find!! Light, clean, spacious Queens Grant location with private outdoor area for morning coffee and grilling. HUGE, stocked kitchen. Also provided bikes, beach chairs. Workspace if you need it. Teens enjoyed watching ballgames on outdoor TV at night and inside, the sprawling sectional and large TV for rainy day movies. Quick walk to beach and all Palmetto Dunes amenities. Owners very responsive and checked in to ensure all was well. Lots of little touches made this an enjoyable, low maintenance week for us. This would also be a great place for an extended stay.

    Outstanding vacation rental! Spacious, comfortable, excellent location. One of the nicest vacation rentals we have booked. The villa was beautifully updated. The owners have thought of just about every detail. The beautiful kitchen is so well supplied, should you wish to cook. The master bedroom king bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for unpacking. Two bikes and several beach chairs are supplied, which is unusual and were most appreciated. The location is great, as we could easily walk to the General Store and to the beach. The Queens Grant neighborhood was nice and quiet at night; and everyone we met were so friendly. We would definitely stay at Coastal Dunes again. Thank you, Kathy and Bob, for pursuing the rental route and for hosting us. You'll be a premier host in no time at all. I have gone to HHI since I was a teenager, always with extended family. First time just my husband and I have vacationed here by ourselves. While the Island has changed and grown over the past 50 years, the feeling of HHI remains unchanged. We love HHI. You can't go wrong with a beach / golf vacation here and staying in Palmetto Dunes.
