    Great location to the beach, restaurants & shopping. It does need some TLC ( bushes need trimming) and deep cleaning ( dusty filter & fans), especially post the Covid pandemic.

    I stayed here for a week in April. There were some positive experiences staying here but there were more negative. I'll list them below and leave it up to readers in deciding whether to book. Pros: location is close to the beach and restaurants. Walking distance of about 8 minutes. The host is responsive when you call. It was nice having a place to wash the sand off before entering after a beach day. Upstairs bathroom is fairly nice. Good closet and drawer space for your belongings. Some beach gear provided. Cons: the place was not clean upon arriving. We did a lot of cleaning up front and wore slippers 100% of the time. The rug in the living is especially dirty and thread bare. The water at the kitchen sink doesn't get warm and the garbage disposal doesn't appear to work (not a good combo). The water attached to the washer/dryer is backwards. Be careful washing your clothes. Cold is actually very hot. We learned this the hard way.
