***We are located on the second floor, requiring traversing two flights of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or mobility concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.***

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.

    I loved the amenities, the cleanliness of the property, the presence of a beach on the property, and the proximity to grocery stores and shops. My only complaint is the rental could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. We took photos of some of the unclean areas. Other than that, it would’ve been perfect. Regardless, my family and I had a great time (after completing some cleaning) and would visit again.

    It was ok but the pool closest to the sound needs more loungers and chairs to accommodate the people. Bathrooms needed to cleaned more often at the pools too. It would have been nice to have been informed the day before that BOTH pools were going to closed for cleaning until 1pm. We would have made other plans had we know prior to going to the pool in the morning to find it closed.

    Well, we enjoyed ourselves, but there was a few things that we discussed and probably would not return. The beach is not really a beach. It’s a muddy kind of marsh. It’s called the spa because of the hot sauna and indoor pool and indoor hot tub and two pool outside but that’s it the dry sauna after 45 minutes With my head close to the rocks, I would barely dripping sweat. The hot tub the aerator is not working properly. The water cannot regulate its temperature and it’s way too hot. As far as the place 2202 that we stayed at For two nights, 1. The lamp in the first room has a decor arrow type that when you are reaching, you can cut yourself on the point of the arrow that should be replaced Immediately before somebody really hurts yourself. The beds were not that comfortable, It was a stain on the Cover for the bed. Discussions with other pardons, They occurred with what they felt as the same, and the dangerous lamp that has the arrow brass you reach and turn the light on and that point will cut you. On a high note, it was clean. We got used to it and finished having an OK time.

    Place was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the personal touches that make it feel like a home. The inner court yard with the ponds and fountains were really nice. short walk to the beach and water front. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone.

    When we arrived the a/c was not working. I called the emergency ph no talked to Bob. By the way this was apparently 8:30 pm on a Friday. Bob made the appropriate phone calls & issue was resolved in just little over an hour. Great service. The cleaning folks need to do a better job. Lots of dust on fan in kitchen & pink mold in shower. Not to bad though. Over all it was a good experience & we will be back.

    Overall this is a very nice spot! It was clean, private and gated location, budget friendly compared to some spots. Parking was a little tricky at times though we were there on Spring Break so the entire island was busy. Nice beach access, beautiful property inside and out. Everything was in working order and we never had to contact the owner.

    Great layout, comfy 2 bedroom 2 bath finish balcony. On the northern end of the island - a little secluded but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s not a far drive to anything. The unit is great. The property manager was great.
