The property looks much bigger in the photosThe first floor bathroom needs an update, dark and very minimal, the second floor bath is great.Clean and had good supplies.The deck is small

The house looked just as it did in the pictures. We checked in after dark so we were pleasantly surprised when we woke up in the morning to see the golf course. Beautiful view and the beach was just a short walk away

We enjoyed watching golfers pass by on the comfortable back porch. Only a five minute and an easy walk to the beach with boardwalk access. The West Beach location is convenient to the front gate and saves time driving off the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at this villa again!

The condo was very comfortable for us and an enjoyable, easy 5-7minute walk to the beach—even shorter on the bike. ESPM was quick to respond and fix a couple minor issues at the home and was very easy to work with overall. We will definitely use them again and are very likely to rebook this condo.

We rented beach equipment and it was waiting for us upon arrival. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and a few of us went alligator hunting. We found two alligators in the pond! Great family vacation!

Great location near beach. Unit has one of the best kitchens and dining rooms we have seen. Good bedrooms. A bit funky mattress toppers but ok overall. Livingroom comfortable for several people. Faces golf course and bike path so privacy not very serene (like places with lagoon views) but this really isn’t a big issue. Was quiet.

This is our 3rd year in a row at this property, and we keep coming back for a good reason. Comfortable, clean, easy beach access. We love staying here and will be back.
