This typically Spanish four-bedroom villa accommodates up to eight people and features a private swimming pool and beautiful views over the wooded areas of the Costa Brava. This comfortable villa is located on a quiet street, in a residential area with only local traffic. You can park your car on this street. Just 2 to 3 km from the villa, you will find interesting shops and restaurants, while the beautiful sandy beach of Lloret de Mar, 8 km away, is also within easy reach. Villa Azucena is a fully detached villa, located above street level, and has a living area of 150 m2. The entrance to the house is reached by means of steps leading into the fully equipped living room, which offers two comfortable fabric sofas, a cosy fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table seating six people. From the living room, large sliding glass doors give access to the terrace. The contemporary, fully fitted family kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your self-catering stay. In the villa you will also find four bedrooms (two bedrooms with one double and one single bed, and two bedrooms with one single bed) and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. This comfortable holiday villa enjoys a lot of light and has a practical, typically Spanish layout and a pleasant atmosphere.
 

At the front of the villa you will find the lovely private pool, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area. Around the pool, you can unwind on one of the sun loungers with a good book or a glass of wine while the children are enjoying themselves in the swimming pool. Vidreres

Vidreres is a quiet town situated, not immediately by the sea, but within 20 minutes of the Costa Brava coast. In Vidreres you can still taste the traditional Catalan life and enjoy the hospitality of the local population. Vidreres is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape with the Montseny mountains in the background. In Vidreres you can also find everything you need, such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars, a market, a nightclub, a casino, a riding school, sports facilities and a small open-air theatre.
 

The surrounding area

Just 12 km from Vidreres, you will find the always-vibrant Lloret de Mar with its beautiful palm-tree boulevard, the pearly-white sandy beach and numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearby seaside resorts of Tossa de Mar, Blanes and Malgrat de Mar are also within easy reach and definitely worth a visit.

About 26 km from Vidreres lies beautiful Girona, with one of Spain's best-preserved historic city centres.
