Great location, clean rooms, and bathrooms.

The place was nice. There were 2 dead roaches one in the bathroom and one in one of the bedrooms. One of the lights in the bedroom on the right did not work and the back on the remote in the master bedroom won’t stay on. But overall, you helped me make my babies 17th birthday a success.

We did not use the pool due to time of year. Location is perfect location for shopping the MB area.

Overall a pleasant trip but had multiple run-in’s with cockroaches both living and dead inside the house. Also dealt with active and growing wasp nest by the front door.

Good week with family. Property was roomy, clean and furnished well. The St James Park neighborhood was quiet. The villa was near the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next visit to North Myrtle Beach. Recommended.

I had an absolutely phenomenal time during my stay! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. I didn’t have to worry about a thing every essential was provided, from toiletries to household basics. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, including dishwasher pods and even laundry detergent.The bathrooms were well-equipped with fresh towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and even toothbrushes truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place so well-maintained and accommodating.This was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when booking a place to stay. It felt like home and then some! I’m already looking forward to returning. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and convenient this is definitely the place.

Great time

We had a great time. The villa was perfect...enough rooms and enough beds! All of the normal amenities were available...all we had to buy was food and a few extra things like paper towels. The other best thing was that the pool was right next door so we didn't have to walk to the beach to have beach fun! We will definitely consider coming back next year.

Great property. Easy access to the pool. Great covered parking with easy access to property without having to park in parking decks like other options at Kingston. We have stayed in the high rise condos at Kingston in the past, but with having small kids this worked out WAY better without having to navigate a parking spot and lug things up on an elevator. Highly recommend!

Love love love this location! Very convenient walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and I definitely recommend.

My family deeply enjoyed our stay. We have no problem renting this unit again.

We enjoyed our week with family in this villa near the beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the ocean on a flat sidewalk and you could either take a boardwalk entrance to the sand or stairs up over the dunes. The pool, although fairly tiny (capacity only 18 people), is literally right next door and you can see it from the back deck. It was easy to take the kids for a quick swim between thunderstorms. Pool was often dirty with debris but we skimmed/cleaned it up ourselves. The villa itself is 16 steps up wood stairs to the door and the staircase is very narrow which was difficult for my blind grandmother, but fine for everyone else. The front bedroom was warmer than the other two bedrooms, but that is where the kids slept so it wasn’t a big deal, we just moved the tower fan that was in another room in the villa in there. In our opinion, even though it says this villa has been remodeled it seems like the decor is dark and outdated. It would brighten it up a bit by by simply switching out the lightbulbs to a white light rather than yellow, especially with the yellow walls. We did see several cockroaches inside during our visit, but we know they are common to this area so it wasn’t alarming. There are only seats for 4 on the deck balcony, 5 seats on the two couches in the living room and just 6 chairs at the dining table…..so not a space for everyone to gather together and enjoy everyone’s company or play a game during poor weather. Overall, we had a fun getaway near the beach.
