ClickSardegna Villa Elike Maripo – An Extraordinary Luxury Retreat near Alghero

We had a great time with our family in Marias house. Especially the pool loed our childrens.

The week we stayed at Santa Maria La Palma was amazing. The location is close to beautiful beaches and the town of Alghero was gorgeous. The villa and property were amazing. Our group of 8 enjoyed the pool everyday. Can't recommend this place enough.

The booking process was very smooth and Mercedes was very quick to come back to us with answers to our questions. We were a party of 14, 9 adults and 5 children. Mercedes was very helpful in terms of recommendations with restaurants and things to do, such as hiring a boat to explore the Alghero coast line. Having not visited the area before having this advise and guidance was invaluable and for this we are extremely grateful to Maria as without this guidance we would not have had the holiday and experiences we had! The villa was as described, clean and very adequate, however there was no oven and this should be noted in advance. There was no kettle but a quick message to Mercedes and this was immediately sorted. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable with good wardrobe space and the air conditioning was excellent and was very welcome. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and towels and even a hairdryer are provided for each bathroom. The kitchen space was adequate and had everything we required. Perhaps this is an English thing, but some bigger cups would have been good. That said, the coffee machine was a big hit and even coffee pods were provided! There are 2 kitchens, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, and 3 fridges in total. The gardens in the villa space were huge, giving the feel of real seclusion and the pool was great and cleaned and maintained daily. There is also a large BBQ area and lots of seating for outdoor dining. The go-kart track and club opposite the villa was really handy and became our “go to” venue when short on food and drink. The guys there were very helpful. A car is needed, however Mercedes provided us with a very reliable taxi minivan who was fantastic and was readily available whenever needed, and went above and beyond for us, making bookings for as and making phone calls for us when we needed someone who spoke the lingo. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Mariposa and would absolutely return again.

I can only report positively on this house, the owner and the local mediator. The house, the pool and the outside area are very beautiful and very well maintained. The house is well furnished and there is nothing missing. The pool is big enough and also the outside area is very well thought out. Piero, the owner of the house, was there every morning and cleaned the pool and if we had any questions, he always answered to our full satisfaction or gave us the things we needed. Maria Mercedes, the mediator, also did a great job and if we had questions, they were answered very quickly and well. A great house, which is to be recommended in any case, but also Piero and Maria Mercedes are great people and are very happy to help. Many thanks to Piero and Maria Mercedes.

What a lovely discovery. A handsome Man and equally beautiful Villa!?we had an amazing time staying at Villa Mariposa'' we felt like princesses in our beautiful rooms and in a luhs garden with swimming pool. A truly elegante oasis in Sardinia. It's one of those places you prefer to keep to yourself selfishly but i'm writing my first review ever because It deserves to succed and i'm sure It will

Villa Mariposa is simply the perfect place where to spend a lovely stay in Sardinia. Piero's villa is perfect for travelers who want to stay outside of the busy cities during their holiday. The unique layout and charming property allowed us to fully relax, listening to the sounds of cicadas and enjoying the gentle breezes of the evenings. Ideally located on few minutes car trip from Alghero and airport and in between Stintino and Bosa and the best beaches in both coasts. The Villa, however, is so beautifully decorated and has got such a gorgeous swimming pool that it is a pity not to live it all day long. Communication was amazing and anytime we needed anything Maria was quick to respond and offer helping suggestions. Piero and the staff are so available and discreet at the same time. Highly highly recommended.
