This cozy vacation home includes all the technology you need! From high-speed wireless internet to flat-screen televisions with Smart TVs in two bedrooms, living room and family room - Villa Whiskey Palms has it all! Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, spare linens, and bath towels for both bathrooms are available for your use as well.

***IMPORTANT NOTE ***

For all bookings made after May 30th, 2025, electricity usage is included in your booking total for stays up to 7 nights.

For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $15 to $25 per night.

Please note that access to the home may be restricted until the electricity payment has been received.

All bookings made prior to May 30th,2025, will be given a $5 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $5 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $5 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.


Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.

    As last year, we had a great time, the house was spotless and well equipped both in the kitchen and in the pool area. The Tiki Bar and BBQ was constantly used. The house is about 15 or 20 minutes from Sanibel island where we have gone to visit for over 30 years. Our daughters and grandson came with us and just had a blast. The pool was so refreshing during those hot sunning days. Thank you so much for Jana and all her help and information.

    We enjoyed our time on Whiskey Creek Drive. Great house with lots of space. A super nice outdoor area to relax in. House was in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Our hosts were sensational and made the stay pleasant and easy.

    We stayed here for our son’s perfect game baseball tournament. The place was very clean and neat. It looked exactly like it was pictured. It had everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, toys). The pool was perfect and someone came to check the balances while we were there. It was close to the beaches (short drive). And there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The hosts checked in and were so friendly! We definitely hope to return!!

    We brought my parents down to see other family members. This place was in the perfect location to everything including the beach. The pool was amazing! The house was very clean and has everything we needed for our stay. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond to our communication. She even came over to fix one of the TV's. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

    The house was perfect for our needs. We had two couples and two 18 yr old friends and a 4 yr old. The bedrooms were perfect for our group. The pool and grill were awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed here for 3+ months and it was exactly what we needed. Location is great as there is easy access to all parts of Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva. 75 is close so you can access the rest of FL easily. Great restaurants nearby. The property is exactly as advertised and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Had friends visit and the 3rd bedroom was a perfect addition. The pool is delightful and kept very clean. Oh, did I mention the Tiki Hut?? Spent many an afternoon out there barbequing, having a drink and watching football and golf. Would highly recommend this property.
