Full access to a private Mediterranean garden that offer an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and outside shower which is magical after a day at the beach.

The town of Tropea is a famous beach destination, situated on a reef, in the famous Coast of Gods in the Tyrrhenian Sea, toward the south with respect to Vibo Valentia and northward with respect to Capo Vaticano. The Villa is one of the fewest in city center with a garden and surrounded by a great vegetation.
Ideal for culture-interested tourists and people being excited about immediately taking part in the hustle and bustle of one of southern Italy’s most beautiful coastal towns. Also well accessible on foot – via stairs directly down from the centro storico – is within 0,4 km the fine sandy beach “della Rotonda”. It is situated picturesquely between the pilgrimage church “Madonna dell’isola”, enthroned on a sand-stone rock towering above the sea, and the town centre.
Our villa it is located only a few paces from the historic centre of Tropea, to get the centre of attraction at the Capo Vaticano it take 10 minutes by car or local train.

In front of a tastefully furnished holiday house on the rear side of the villa you find a beautifully laid-out garden. You enter through the private terrace.The holiday house is equipped with modern built-in kitchen and offer on the ground floor a kitchen-cum-living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where a spacious, open sleeping area with a double bed and spare bed and a second bathroom with shower/WC/bidet are located.
The kitchen-cum-living rooms is equipped with modern built-in kitchen, double sleeping couch and TV satellite. Wi-FI internet connection available.
The garden has a large, partly roofed, terrace which offers a washing machine, a stone grill (barbecue) and also an outdoor kitchen.
The nearest shops are literally around the corner. Interesting for train travellers: Tropea’s train station is only 500 m away. Motorists may park their vehicle on one of the parking spots on the street in front of the house.

Zum wunderschönen Sandstrand von Tropea sind es zu Fuß 5 Min. und auch der Bahnhof von Tropea ist zu Fuß in nur 5 Min. zu erreichen, sodass Sie auch ohne eigenes Fahrzeug problemlos mit der Bahn Ausflüge entlang der Küste unternehmen können. Capo Vaticano ist nur 10 Min. mit Zug oder auto zu erreichen.
Eine rund 800 Kilometer lange, buchtenreiche Küste, über 2000 Meter hohe Berggipfel und mehr als 450.000 Hektar dichte Wälder machen Kalabrien zu einem Geheimtipp für den naturliebenden Urlauber. Außerdem finden Sie zahlreiche herrliche Strände und Sonne pur, die zu allen Arten des Wassersports einladen.
Tropea ist ein kleines Städtchen mit eine wichtig und wunderschon Altstadt mit Geschäften, einladenden Cafés, Restaurants und einer eindruckvollen Kathedrale aus dem 12. Jahrhundert und alten Palasten. In kurzer Zeit erreicht man das Silagebirge, das dicht mit Oleander, Mispeln, Buchen- und Kiefernwäldern bedeckt ist.
