Charming Villa in elegant Forte dei Marmi - beautiful garden - 9 people

Couldn't be happier with everything. Stunning villa, clean and well kept

I can strongly recommend this vacation house for a family or 2 families. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room for privacy and joyfully get together. There is a nice barbecue and a lovely terrace for dining and drinking. A short walk away do you have some very nice restaurants.

The house is like described. A big house with garden. The landlords mother who lived in the basement was very nice. We had a nice week and only thing we missed was more busses to beach, the railway station and the mountains, since we didn't have a car.

Thank you for the amazing stay. Beautiful views and super cozy. The house felt like i was in my own home! I would highly recommend and come back as well . Everything in the house is exactly the way it was described.

This was a brilliant Villa for our stay. Guido and his family are so welcoming and very helpful. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The large garden is wonderful. It is private and very safe for you children. Guido allowed us to use a paddling pool for our grandchildren which was great because of the heat. We were close to Forte Dei Marmi and Querceta and short drive to Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasanta. We had a car so it was ideal. This villa is very much worth a stay.

The house is in excellent condition, grounds are well maintained and close to the Marina. Great place for a family vacation. The owners are the kindest people. They live on the property and that is a plus because I felt we had more security since they were always there and if there was a problem, they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time in Italy. I was worried about booking a house, but it looked so gorgeous. Also, we didn't have a car, so wasn't sure how that was going to go. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos. We spent hours on the outdoor patio, picked lemons in the yard to make lemoncello spritzes, and sat in the beautiful sun. The grocery store within a few hundred yards of the villa, was absolutely adorable with all the supplies needed for meals. Communication was astoundingly quick and Guido helped us book taxis and such since none of us spoke Italian. Can't say enough great about this gem of a place!

A perfect accomodation for a familly or friends ! The owners are friendly and helpful, the house has everything you need, and the garden is just marvellous. We came twice and are already looking forward to being back.

We loved our holiday. In particular we must thank Renzo and Tenaide, owners of the property, for their attentive and personal care towards us. The villa is beautiful and is lived in by the owners when not occupied by people like us and is beautiful inside. We have never stayed in a better stocked kitchen. The gardens are also beautiful and very private. 10/10 is our score! Many thanks John

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa with its beautiful garden. Town and beach were very near and the cities of Pisa ,Lucca and Firenze not very far by car. Many Thanks to the Poli family for ketting us stay in their villa . Cor and Anoes van der Pluym Holland
