Villa Bruni ... Dreamful 'Bedrooms' where to stay just for the sake of being surrounded by a gentle and romantic style, emotionally different from modern trends and extraordinarily vintage, personally edited by Giannamaria Bruni, shabby chic designer for passion.
The idea stems from the desire of two sisters to restore and give a new shine to their family's summer residence built in the 80s and recently refurbished with the care and attention usually reserved for a house to which the best memories are connected: a home for holiday of great prestige for reception and hospitality, surrounded by the astonishing greenery and silence of the bucolic countryside of Apulia, a few steps from the crystal clear sea of Monopoli and other places of great interest such as the Caves in Castellana or the Trulli in Alberobello, and the Itria Valley with its wines, the ceramics of Grottaglie, and many other characteristic villages to be discovered ...
The Villa, on two completely autonomous storeys, is equipped with all the comforts ..... you can relax on the hammock in the shade of the pine forest a few steps from the pool, or in the large solarium area by the pool away from prying eyes ... After a swim you can tone up in the jacuzzi area ..
Our estate has always been an 'oasis of relax' ... After intense periods of work, it will be the ideal place where to find the real essence that is within each of us, that essence often drowned out by the din of everyday life .....
... And after waking up, a fragrant breakfast ... enjoying that moment in which your mind smoothly feels the sleepy torpor turning into the vital energy that starts a new day ....
We are waiting for you ... M. & G. Bruni

We stayed in Villa Bruni on October and had a lovely time. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and the bakery in the village (10 min walk, 2 min car) has great bread! While the pool was too cold to swim in the garden and pool are great to just relax. While the villa can host up to 8 guests, the lower part can only be access from outside (i.e. there is no staircase inside).

We really enjoyed our days in a kind of estate. - just a huge property with a hammock here a hollywood swing there, the large pool surrounded by a nice garden. Everything was absolutely fine, the landlords a totally nice family, the introduction was more than perfect. In the little village about 700 meters away there is anything you need including two restaurants. For further excursions a car is recommended but that's anyway better for exploring the surroundings.

What an amazing villa. The grounds were astonishing and absolutely gorgeous. I stalled through the property admiring every attention to detail the hosts put into the villa. The pool is a great place to relax and have a cocktail. I would recommend this property to anyone. Please note that you are located a small distance from the city of Monopoli, so a car is necessary. Also, use Google maps to find the property. I hope to return! To Massimo and Giana - a welcome thank you for all that you did for us.

The property is perfect for a larger family due to the 3 double bedrooms. Also ideal if you have a family of 4 and 2 parents with you as they can use the downstairs bedroom and kitchen. House has all that you need although the kitchen could be slightly better equiped (but i am being picky). Pool area and garden are gorgeous, one of the best outdoor areas we have every stayed at in Italy. There is no aircon in the bedrooms but the ceiling fans do help keep things cool enough (and it was 33 deg C when we stayed). Downstairs bedroom is the coolest. Owners are very helpful and are even sending my wife's sunglasses back to us which we left behind. The local village has 2 restaurants in walking distance and a small shop which sells most of what you need. Lots of nice places to visit within 45minutes drive. All in all a perfect holiday home, many thanks to Giannia and Maria Grazia for making us so welcome.

Stunning describes this property in one word. It is isolated, you do need a car. Shop in the village only really sells drink but bakery and butchers outstanding. So was the meal at the butchers we went 3 times but make sure you book . Not far to supermarkets. Food was so fresh and plentiful. In the property description a couple of things are lost in translation as the owner who visits daily to maintain the pool, speaks very little English. The main thing is that there is no air con, only ceiling fans. Having said this the villa is unbelievably beautiful and everything is catered for. I would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful house and garden with big swimmingpool. The best place we ever booked. Tidy house with clean bathrooms and big outside area with bbq. Really friendly hosts welcomed us on arrival with lots of information about the region. The garden with swimmingpool is so beautiful that our kids wouldnt leave the place. The location is perfect. 10 minutes drive from monopoli and other spectacular places. Just book it and enjoy. We will be back! Thanks a lot Gianna and familiy for being such a great host!

The Villa has all the amenities you could ask for and is a beautiful home. We visited in April which sadly was a little chilly and wet so we didn't get to use the pool but it looked amazing. The hosts were at hand for any issues and were really helpful and friendly and the location of the Villa was good, just a short 20minute drive from alberobello, polignano a mare, castenano grotto and monopoli, we even took a drive out to Lecce which was only 1hr 19 mins away. Bari airport was around a 50minute drive away and there was a few little shops locally that could be walked to if you didn't fancy jumping in the car. All in all, even with the wet chilly weather we had a lovely stay and would go back again tomorrow.

I visited the delightful property in May. It's a perfect place to stay when vacationing in Puglia-close to many beautiful sights, including the gorgeous town of Polignano A Mare. Gianna has done a wonderful job, making the home a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
