Charming Luxury Villa: Exclusive use and independent swimming

We were not satisfied with our stay. Having the price in mind we would have expected a higher standard as there were some minor things that were not working as they should. Creaking doors, shower cabin where a door was defect, all sorts of strange components (rubbish) in closets and chests. The week before, the house was rented by a group of young people. Probably due to this, we found strange artefacts in the garden during the week. Let's just say artefacts, I am glad children did not find.Overall, the house was OK - but we had expected more at this price level.

We recently spent a short time in this incredible property for a business trip, but that was enough to experiment the great hosting of the owners of the villa. We felt warmly welcomed and they present us with a lovely welcome basket with some traditional snacks, small gestures really hard to find nowadays. Moreover Claudia was really helpful and gave us some great advices about where drinking and eating. The villa is stunning, everything is perfectly clean and well decorated. The swimming pool is clear water next to a bbq area which is just perfect to spend an evening grilling some delicious Sardinian meat. The garden all around is just beautiful, covered in flowers which gives you the idea to live in a dream. The villa is very spacious, and the dining area overlooks the big patio area. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to be guests in this impressive house in Alghero again.

Had a great 2 week stay at this Villa. We were 6 adults and 1 three year old child. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine in all the rooms - air conditioning, WiFi, good water pressure, good hot water, all the appliances in the kitchen. No surprises. The commercial fridge in the kitchen was a really great feature, as we had to store lots of water bottles and cold drinks for our group. Pool was cleaned practically every day. All in all, very nice!

The house has extensive and attractive outdoor areas with plenty of seating and recliners. The pool is lovely and kept immaculately clean and gardens attractive and restful. Close proximity to Alghero town and local supermarkets. Improvement suggestions: - vegetation at front of property needs to be cut back as the property exits onto a blind bend with fast moving traffic and the vegetation impedes driver view making it hazardous - supplies were less than normally provided; only half a roll of toilet paper provided on arrival for a group of 7 people necessitating an immediate trip to shops after long and exhausting journey; no dishwashing detergent or sponges in kitchen - coffee maker requires pods which are unavailable in local supermarkets forcing us to use one small caffetiere which is faulty - no fan or window access in lower ground floor bathroom - on arrival found shower broken in one bathroom but this was rectified quickly - some light switches did not work Overall it is a great place for a large group to stay and we enjoyed our time there very much but the issues listed need addressing. The property manager was great to deal with - very quick to respond regarding any problems and arranging repairs immediately

Can’t fault this place at all, would highly recommend it. Our family had an amazing time here and Claudia with her dad were very welcoming. We can’t wait to come back here soon. It was just a perfect getaway.

What a wonderful house with a very large (and VERY clean), beautiful private pool and a fantastic panorama mountain view. Also very relaxing to look at the donkey and goats which have their secluded area at the very back of the huge garden :-). A great and warm welcome from the housekeeper and the maintenance guy leaving all kinds of welcome gifts for us such as a large bowl of local cookies and sweets and a lot of different drinks including water, soda, coffee and 3 bottles of spumante!!! Everything provided of basics that you need in the house. A very large place which is ideal for a large family or families/couples and only 5 min drive from Alghero. Only suggestion would be a couch in the living room where you can enjoy the pool lit at night otherwise the house was well equipped. Everything lives up to the description and pictures.

Highly recommended. We were 3 families who had a lovely week in the villa, lots of space and the villa seemed to be brand new. The owner of the house was very welcoming and the location of the house was ok 5 min drive from Alghero center. Car is a must.

A perfect combination of Sardinian tradition and comfort, all enclosed in a villa with great attention to detail, cleanliness and where you can enjoy the pool. Great for families or groups of friends. Equipped with an external barbecue that allows you to choose the perfect location for each meal (panoramic terrace, poolside, porch or inside). It is always tempting to stay in the Villa despite the fact that in just a few kilometers you can reach enchanting beaches, cities and towns. A stay to remember and a vacation to be repeated.
