Insidethe villa, you'll discover a lounge adorned with plush and comfortable sofas, accompanied by Internet TV for your entertainment and WiFi connectivity to keep you connected with the world. The kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and a fridge/freezer. A dining area with a table and seating for six guests allows for enjoyable meals, and the kitchen conveniently leads to a terrace with a separate utility room housing a washing machine.

The first bedroom features a cozy double bed (135cm), fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. For added comfort, a fan is provided. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, complete with fitted wardrobes and a fan for a cool night's sleep. The third bedroom mirrors the second, with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and a fan. This villa boasts two well-appointed bathrooms:



The en-suite bathroom is a haven of relaxation with both a bath and a separate shower. A family shower room offers a convenient walk-in shower. A hairdryer is also at your disposal. Casa Vista Panoramica is designed for accessibility, with all living spaces on a single level. Steps lead from the main house to the inviting pool area, where you'll find a safety deposit box for added security.



The swimming pool is a highlight, offering a rectangular shape with dimensions of 7.00m x 4.0m and depths ranging from 0.8m to 1.50m. Access is easy with Roman Steps. The pool is solar-heated and can also be electrically heated from November 1st to May 31st, with an additional charge of 70 Euros per week, payable locally.



Step outside to the charming outdoor area, where patio doors from the living room lead to an elevated and partially covered terrace that overlooks the gated swimming pool. Here, you'll find an outdoor table and chairs for six guests, a free-standing BBQ, and six sunbeds. To make your stay even more comfortable, pool towels are provided.



Casa Vista Panoramica is situated in a resort that offers a range of amenities within walking distance, including bars, the beach, golf courses, and shopping options.



For your entertainment and convenience, the villa is equipped with WiFi, Internet TV, an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine. The resort's promenade, featuring a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, is a mere 1 kilometer away, while the old town harbor is 1.5 kilometers from the villa.



The main beach, Playa Grande, is a pleasant 1-kilometer walk, and the airport is conveniently located 8.6 kilometers away. Golf enthusiasts will find a golf course just 1.5 kilometers from the villa.



This accommodation is well-suited to accommodate up to six guests in the bedrooms, with the option of accommodating an additional person on a z-bed, which is ideally suited for children under 12 years of age.
