Stayed Jul 24, 2025No communication prior to arrival, resulting in numerous phone calls. No air conditioning for two night despite being assured it would be fixed at the first time of reporting, not enough towels, we were told some would be delivered but they weren’t. The house was tired and worn, the blinds didn’t fit the windows resulting in morning light. It was poorly appointed and we definitely would not return. We’ve stayed in numerous villas over the years in Europe and America and this was by far the worst. Dirty !! Stains on ceiling, carpets & bedding Photos can be provided

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Second time staying and had full house. When wifi went down Mac was in contact with us until it was fixed and when patio doors needed fixing, response was efficient. Closet doors need to be on tracks. Could use more plastic plates. Our stay was great though and would recommend especially for location.
