Character villa for families in residential area with private pool.

We really like the time there. Good organised. Everything was there. Some cosmetic things can be better. But we didn’t care. But we can imagine that people fall about it. We were there with a small kid and some adults. But we really enjoyed our stay there. And will book again when we want to go back.

Nice and cheap villa

Nice place nice swimming pool big house big garden.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, spacious villa. The swimming pool is nice and clean and there was enough space for everyone to lay around the pool. One big disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning; it gets really hot during the nights. Especially in the rooms upstairs it is hard to sleep because of the heat.

We really enjoyed the villa, it was clean, comfortable and well equipped for 10 of us. The pool was great and a welcome when we got in from exploring the area. Lots of shading in the garden and a bbq area was a great addition. The villa does need more fans or air con as 2 fans between 5 bedrooms was tough with the night heat. The villa is in a great location and a car is needed to really explore the beautiful surrounding area.

We have recently returned from a great week in May/June half term holidays. We were 6 adults and 4 kids so the room layouts were perfect for us. Inside is spacious and light and the villa has a lovely outside space. The kids loved the pool and there is a wonderful large outside table where we ate our breakfast and dinner and a lovely seating area in the shade and BBQ facilities. It was very peaceful and cool sitting there after being at the beach. There was paking space for 3 cars and it was a short drive down to the main Arenal beach and plenty of free parking. There are 2 supermarkets nearby where we bought fresh bread and croissants every morning and BBQ food for dinner.

Thank you Julienne and Marisol for an excellent 2 weeks. Loved the pool and snorkelling at Barraca beach. Loved the old town with the restaurants on the front. Will definitely be back. Best regards, Dave

The house is great and the swimming pool is a must for big families with kids. There was everything in the house that we needed and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning in the house and for people from nordic countries it can be very difficult to stand the heat on the hottest days. But according to Julian there will be a air conditioning installed next year, it will make this house just perfect :) The house is located very central, it is only 10 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to next supermarket. We recommend this house for big families :)

We spent a wonderful week in this beutiful house in June 2017. We were 4adults and four kids (6,6,10,10). Ther was enough space inside the house and the house was clean and nice. The garden with the pool area were just great and we spent many nice days∋ghts sun bathing,swimming, enjoying the bbq etc. The neighbourhood was nice and we felt really safe there. There were good supermarkets quit near (and ca,1,5km to the bigger supermarket). There were nice beaches near as well, just 10minutes drive away. Communication with the owners worked well and they were really kind and helpful. Just like Marisol, the 'local lady who wished us welcome and helped us in many way. We had a wonderful holiday in this house and in Javea. We do warmly recommend this house and Javea to everybody.
