They house, pool and spa was amazing!

The house was very nice and accommodating for us. The only issues that we had was the house did not have enough towels and the remotes for the televisions either did not have batteries or the batteries were dead. One of the rooms did not have a television. But overall the house was nice.

I was very disappointed about the cleanliness, not enough towels in bathrooms, or tissue!!!

This was a perfect place for our family. The kids and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home with its large living area and outside area by the pool worked out perfect for us. And thank you to the workers for efficient pool service when needed, and for daily garbage pick up. We appreciate your services.

Worst place I’ve stayed. House was beautiful but full of roaches

The home is beautiful and very spacious. A few things were a little damaged when we arrived. Garbage can lid was broken. Several of the blinds fell out as soon as we opened them at back door. Roaches were all in the kitchen and 1st bathroom. We bought several cans of spray to help. This limited the amount of cooking that we could do in the home. I would book the home again if it was treated for the bugs.

Let me start off by saying the house itself is beautiful!!!! Definitely recently built! Most of the community is still being built but far enough away that it does not disrupt anything. There is plenty of space for the group to sit around together! I had a hard to getting the layout of the house before arrival so let me explain it for everybody. Bd1 & Bd2 are downstairs Bd1- king- main master (so beautiful!!) Bd2- queen- door into main bathroom downstairs Bd3-Bd10 upstairs Bd3 & Bd4- 2 twins with doors to Jack and Jill bathroom (bathroom also has a door to the second floor area B5- Queen B6- King with door to Jack and Jill bathroom Bd7- Queen with door to Jack and Jill bathroom Jack and Jill bathroom shared between Bd6 & Bd7 has no access to other then through the rooms Bd8- King Bd9- Queen Bd10-Queen Last bathroom has no direct bedroom access but is located next to bd10 Game room was a great touch! Overall had a very nice time in the house! We did encounter some problems while we were there. The main problem was the hot water. After 2/3 showers there was no more hot water. This creates a problem when you have 12 people on the vacation. We realized this day 2 as the first day we arrived at different times. The projector upstairs does not work. We tried everything that first day to get it to work and it didn’t. I reached out and no response the whole trip. The pots and pans weren’t good at all, we had to use 1 for most of everything and whatever you do-don’t use the front right burner. It doesn’t have a temp range, it is always crazy hot.

The home was spacious and beautiful. The staff was awesome.

The home was beautiful, I loved it, the only thing I didn't like was when we first got to the house, trash from the last residents was still left in front of the house.
