Stayed Nov 7, 2024Property needs thorough cleaning and there was discrepancy about pet fees. Expedia does not add pet fees to total but property manager claims pet fees are addtional. So had to pay additional pay fee when checked in.

Stayed May 16, 2019This was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed at! It smelled good (not air freshener, just clean). I actually felt comfortable walking barefoot in the house! Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Lots of USB outlets. Good wifi. Quiet location. The neighborhood assoc pool and tennis courts are in excellent condition and close by. We will definitely stay here when we visit this area again!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024My husband and I loved our stay in this unique home. It was close to our son in Palm Harbor .Melinda thought of everything and we had so much at our disposal.We loved how our unit was decorated.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances that we needed. The area was close to restaurants shopping , and entertainment places .We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to this beautiful area.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024The villa is as listed. Great location near restaurants and stores. Not too far of a drive to the beach. Beds were comfortable. One shower is walk-in which was great for the grandparents. Melinda was super responsive.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Loved this place. It was perfect for my brother and me and my two spaniels. Quiet neighborhood and the property sits right next to a beautiful pond with loads of birds. Just minutes from most attractions. One minor complaint: the host is not very responsive.
