Centrally located 3 bedroom villa with pool close to the beaches

Excellent villa, lovely pool and very comfortable beds. Great location too. Lovely air con and overall a fantastic experience would stay here again without hesitation. Very clean too. Easy communication with owners and directions were easy to follow

The property is spacious and airy and perfect for a family holiday . The outside eating area is especially nice . Whereas the house suited us perfectly, would have been nice to have some table lamps and perhaps some bed side lights for reading . John was very helpful, before our visit .

It's an amazing place and a wonderful pool. We had a lot fun in it with the kids. The villa has everything it needs and you find in the area a lot of nice restaurants. It's not to far from Faro and Albufeira, but you do need a car to get there.

Well presented and plenty big enough for 2 couples. Enjoyed having outside eating space for breakfast and in the evening, and used the pool every day after trips out. Well placed in particular for 2 restaurants within walking distance which we used in the evening. A good base for an enjoyable holiday.

From the start John has gone over and above. Providing loads of information about the property area and helpful tips. The property itself is perfect, great outdoor bbq and sitting area with a stunning pool. Inside three huge bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!

Myself, husband and two children (9 & 12) have just returned from our holiday in the Algarve where we stayed in John’s family villa for 2 weeks. The villa is lovely, clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed during our stay. It’s far larger than we expected, and we really enjoyed the upstairs veranda for our morning coffees. The outdoor area is lovely and we enjoyed being able to use the bbq on evenings when we’d had a busy day. The villa is a great base and close to Vale do Lobo beach which is stunning and Quinta do Lago, where we did some water activities with the kids on the lake. It was also a short drive to Zoomarine and water parks. John was a wonderful host and before we left Scotland he sent us a very detailed email telling us all about the area, the many supermarkets available and provided some fabulous restaurant recommendations, some of which we were able to try on this trip and thoroughly enjoyed. Hope to visit again and try the others. Highly recommend!

Really nice house, short uber or taxi from everything. Secure and quiet and perfect for us and our kids. John the owner is really helpful. I would recommend pin dropping the house location as uber doesn't pick up the house location very well. We would stay again

The house is fantastic, all communication with Clare and Jonh was always very pleasant, and the area is excellent. The kids loved the pool and the area of ​​the house is very large. I recommend and hope to return myself
