Stayed Oct 16, 2025This house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures does it no justice. It is an amazing and has everything to entertain your guest. The host was very attentive and responded to my messages quickly. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood in great distance to all of the Vegas attractions. We will definitely book again very soon!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024House was awesome had everything you could need close to stores and can be delivered to. LOTS of room for guest to sleep, pool was clean and taken care of. Easy to communicate with property management and very fast response time. Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We brought 12 high school players to a tournament in Las Vegas. We had a great time playing and retreating at this beautiful home. It is a HUGE home. The boys loved the pool and garage fun.

Stayed Jul 24, 2023We held our company retreat here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The drive over to the convention center for our industry convention was quick and easy (at least for Vegas!). The location is close to grocery and other stores which made it easy to provision. The house was clean and well stocked. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the TotalMax team handled them well. The house was just as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. We'll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a large place for a big group that wants nice common areas to hang out together. Also, the water slide was awesome!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2023We had a good time and liked the house for the most part. The house has multiple kitchen spaces, which worked very well for our group of 10. The house has room for improvement with seating by the pool.
