CASCADA33 by Buenavilla | Luxurious villa 5 minute walk from the beach

It was our second visit to cascada33 it did not disappoint. Villa condition, and location excellent for local amenities, beach, shops, restaurants. We looked at other villas but could not find one that ticked all the boxes for us.

The villa was amazing - one very small issue with a smell in one of the bathrooms but nothing that spoilt our time there. We had a wonderful time - pool area is superb and so much outside space, Buanavilla people were excellent responding to our questions and even delivering a baby monitor when our one from home broke . Little walk to Playa Flamingo beach which we loved. Spar nearby Overall one of the best villas we have ever stayed in so thank you

We had an excellent stay at this villa and really enjoyed our time as a family. The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and truly felt like a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Villa

Such a beautiful villa. We absolutely loved it. The only problem is we’ve been spoiled for any future villa holidays as I doubt they’ll compare. It’s gorgeous. Fantastic location too. Great company to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Checked in early. Good to have a mid-week clean included for fresh towels and bedding. Couple of very slight hiccups (a door jammed) which were dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend this villa and the company to anyone looking for a luxury stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Family and friends of 6 people experienced a wonderful stay at this great located and wonderfully modern villa. The team were super responsive and helpful throughout and the pool is fabulous.

Just spent a week in cascada 33 with my family , the villa is immaculate. Very nice interiors with fabulous outside space . Would not hesitate to book again , def a 5 star villa and customer service team .

Good location, spacious and clean villa

Our family of six adults stayed in Cascada33 beginning of December, after more than twenty years staying in villas in Lanzarote I can safely say that this is one of the best, facilities were great, the location was perfect a nice easy walk into the town, warm pool, spotless on arrival and great staff who responded immediately when my husband messed up the safe instructions! Not forgetting the wonderful Rituals toiletries! Would highly recommend and hopefully will return - thank you!

We had a wonderful week in the villa which is perfectly located within walking distance of the local bars & restaurants and the walkway along the seafront. The welcome pack & household essentials were much appreciated as was the heated pool! Would definitely recommend.

Great villa, good pool and outdoor space. Comfortable and well equipped villa in a good location. Really easy to book and great communication from villa company.

We were a group of 7 - four adults and three kids. Arrival at the Villa was great, The welcome pack was lovely and colouring packs for the kids were well received. The villa itself is stunning and much bigger than the photos… the pool and the outdoor area is the show stopper, absolutely amazing. We rarely left the villa is the first week as it was so nice to spend time there! The kitchen had everything that you could think of needing. Every staff member we met throughout the stay was lovely and so helpful. Location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town through a shortcut. We can’t wait to go back sometime and would highly recommend it to a bigger family of two families combined. So much space! Thanks again team BeunaVilla

Four years in the making. From when we first booked and the cancellations due to covid we finally got our Villa holiday and it was all and more then we envisioned. Apart from the 5am cockerel alarm we had the best time. We all thought the villa was even better than the pictures. We used the recommended transfers and again they were great. Thank you for everything
