We enjoyed our time at the home. House had everything that we needed plus more. Close to the beach close to restaurants Exc. we stayed for almost 8 days and can’t wait to get back.

This is our second stay at Casas de Soleil. We returned because the smiling service and extreme kindness of the owners made for a happy and comfortable stay. The villas were very thoughtfully equipped for all our cooking needs. Details were attended to promptly. The beach was a short stroll away and the pool and grounds were lovely.

I am surprised there aren’t more raving reviews about Casas De Soleil on here- I think it’s because previous visitors want to keep this hidden gem a secret!! We just returned from our stay there, and could not have better things to say. We have traveled all over the world, but this trip was one of our absolute favorites. Not only is Santa Theresa an amazing place to visit, but Soraya and Trent were MORE than accommodating for all of our needs- making everything from taxi & dinner reservations, to securing us ATVs (that were apparently sold out!). They know Santa Theresa backwards and forwards, and gave us so many great recommendations. We could have stayed another week! Not only are Soraya and Trent awesome, but the villas are also exceptional and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and town. We stayed in Casa Grande (with another couple)- a perfect spot for 4 people to stay because of the layout (bathroom was very large, both bedrooms downstairs and full kitchen & living room upstairs). We shared the pool with two other villas, but rarely saw them there, so it felt like our own :) The villas are cleaned everyday (And I mean they mop the floor, sparkling clean. They even do your laundry!!) by trustworthy and friendly staff. We also loved the “family” of Casas De Soleil dogs- they are all so sweet and loving! Thank you Trent and Soraya (Soleil & doggies, too) for making our visit to Santa Theresa so amazing!! We cannot wait to come back SOON!!!

The Perfect Vacation! Jill and I would have described that kind of perfection differently before our trip to Trent, Soriah and soleil's house. We had no idea that what really makes or breaks the perfect vacation is how people take care of you on your trip. These guys have an incredible gift of hospitality that makes their beautiful property come alive for their guests. Not only are you unlikely to find a better place to stay in Mal Peis you would be even harder pressed to find more generous hosts, or a better homemade margarita! If you are planning a trip to Santa Teresa, Start by dropping Trent a line, chances are you're planning will get a lot easier from there. From regional flights to taxis to Fishing trips, surfing tips where to eat and where not to eat, even the lowdown on a nice little private beach not far from them These guys love to make your time free of the stresses of planning a trip in a country you don't know. Pura Vida!

My husband and two boys (6 and 4) stayed here July 05. It was by far one of the best places we have stayed in our years of travelling. The house is well designed for the area allowing much of the natural surrounds to be part of your living space. Howler monkeys visited the trees around the property throughout our stay - howling us up in the morning. The beach is just down the road with good waves for surfing and tide pools for exploring. The groundskeeper is a wonderfully friendly man willing to help with whatever you need. Good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.
