Casale della Pergola + Villa Sugarcane is an excellent solution for large families or groups of friends who wish to spend a holiday together while still enjoying privacy and comfort. This configuration combines two independent houses within the Hiresicily property and can comfortably accommodate between 8 and 12 guests. The property features a private heated swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests.

Located only 350 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto, also known as Noto Marina, the property is surrounded by the Sicilian countryside and set within a large garden of approximately 25,000 square meters filled with lemon trees, olive trees and many tropical fruit plants.

The two houses are separate from each other but share the same spacious garden, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor areas together while maintaining independence and tranquility. This layout works perfectly for two or three families, groups of friends, or multi-generational holidays with grandparents and children.

During their stay guests are welcome to pick fresh organic fruit directly from the trees in the garden, including lemons, oranges, mandarins, clementines, grapefruits, figs, grapes, pomegranates, mulberries, persimmons, plums, peaches, apricots, bananas, feijoa, avocado, mango, guava, cherimoya, white and black sapote, passion fruit, papaya and many others. Seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and eggplants are also grown in the garden. Naturally, availability varies depending on the season.

The ancient olive trees on the property produce excellent extra virgin olive oil, which guests often have the opportunity to taste. There are also a few hens in their small house in the garden, and guests can collect fresh eggs directly from the nest each day.

Both houses offer all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, smart TV, barbecue, outdoor furniture and shaded areas where guests can relax under the trees. Beds are fitted with wooden slats and comfortable latex mattresses. For families traveling with children, toys, a slide, swings, a hammock, a crib and a high chair are available.

The property follows eco-friendly principles: heating and cooling are provided by high-efficiency heat pumps, windows are double-glazed, lighting uses energy-saving bulbs and photovoltaic panels produce more electricity than the property consumes.

The private swimming pool is available 24 hours a day throughout the year.

From October 1st to April 30th, the use and heating of the pool is not included in the rental price and requires an additional fee:
• Non-heated pool: €30 per day
• Heated pool: €60 per day

From May 1st to September 30th, use of the pool is included in the rental price. Pool heating can still be requested for €40 per day.
