The property manager Brian definitely made this stay the best it could be. He arranged all of our activities and even helped the kids catch, clean and cook their fish they caught off the end of the pier. His wife also made one of the best meals we had in San Pedro. We will definitely go back

The caretakers Brian and Cynthia were wonderful. Brian arranged a few amazing activities for us. They were always available to help us with anything we needed. The house was well equipped with more than enough room for the 15 of us. The pool area was amazing and everyone had a great time fishing off the pier. It's a bit if a bumpy golf cart ride to downtown but there's a great grocery store and taco stands closely as well as a fruit and vegetable stand.

The property was great. Bryan the house keeper was great. Everything about the property was great. 5 stars for the VRBO Host. I would definitely take our group here again.Scammy Tammy sucked. Tammy is the tour guide they refer. She sold us a lobster hunting excurtion. Then I found out that lobster hunting season would be ending a week before we arrived and cancelled the excurtion 20 days ahead of our arrival. Tammy refused to refund us our money. I argued with Tammy about this for 3 days and got nowhere with her.I contacted the VRBO host and told them about my issue with Tammy. I got an email from Tammy about half an hour later telling me I was getting refunded in full.The place was great and the VRBO host was great. Bryan the house keeper was awesome. I would highly recommend both the host and the place. And to be fair, they resolved my issue with Tammy immediately, which is all I could ask them to do. They took great care of us, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I just wouldn't recommend booking Tammy for any excursions. She's disorganized, bad at communicating, rude and unprofessional.

Never really sure what you're going to get booking through a website. but when we arrived the view from the backyard to the ocean did not disappoint. Chris was on point to any of our needs from the day we arrived till we left. Marfa and her team cooked us breakfast every morning and also cooked our fish from a day out on the water - absolutely amazing food. Worth every penny. We ventured out to see Secret Beach, Palapas, Truck Stock etc but spent a lot of time there on property enjoying the house, pool and the amazing view.

We had our family fronts gathering and had great time together. The manager Chris is an young guy and always willing to help.

A group of 12 of us stayed here over the Christmas and New Years' holidays. We enjoyed the location and access to the semi-private pier (shared with two other properties). The house was disappointing to us given the relatively high cost of the booking. There was plenty of room for everyone but the place could use some re-investment. The master shower was dingy, the hot tub did not work, the pool features didn't work (and the water was always frigid), the couches were dirty, and some of the built-in concrete (!) furniture was uncomfortable and just plain weird. This place needs a serious remodel. On the plus side, Fina and Armando were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for us - just a short golf cart ride from town but isolated enough for quiet. Stax Container Bar just a short walk away was excellent. Marfa was a great cook for our Christmas dinner and the ladies in our group enjoyed massages from her on the pier. Mary was also always available to answer questions and help arrange things. Overall, the place would have been fine if the price had been more in-line with the quality of the house. I feel like we probably paid about twice what it was worth./

The outside of this house is very nice, but the inside is a let down. When we arrived the AC units in several of the rooms were broken (they did get them fixed). The upstairs living room/kitchen has no AC. The bathrooms are all very old and you cannot flush your TP....... The listing said three king bedrooms when we booked it, there is actually 1 king bed and then a daybed that has a rollaway mattress pushed up next to it that slides around while you sleep. I gave the house three stars becuase of the outside area and the 2 caretakers are very nice.

I went to Belize with 24 friends to celebrate my birthday. I definitely picked the perfect place to stay! The house is perfect for a group. Alex and Elana took care of our every need. Marfa prepared amazing meals. The location is a dream. We had a speedboat pick us up at our pier for diving. Enjoyed an amazing sailing and dive trip with Xsite Sailing. Everything was perfect, and I cannot wait to go back! Sherrie

This place, it's location, the grounds, the staff and the owner bent over backwards to provide us with the best time ever.
