Stayed Jun 29, 2025The house was an excellent option for our family of 27 people. Everyone had space and enjoyed the property, especially the pool and ping pong table. The staff were amazing, keeping the villa clean and in tip top shape. They were responsive to our requests and helped us with all our questions about the area. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024The good -Location, amenities, Friendly cleaning staff, Coffee machine, and very responsive staffThe Bad-- The beds were incredibly firm, making it difficult for anyone to get a good night’s sleep. We all woke up sore and tired from being unable to rest comfortably.-Showers only had lukewarm water-An AC unit failed and had to be replaced, creating significant construction noise during the day. We were not allowed to control the main living temperature, so we had to text the house manager to adjust the temperature every time.-Staff entered the house without prior notice or knocking on the door.-The flooring was dangerously slippery when wet. One person in our group fell and got hurt.-Guests were not allowed to use the laundry facilities. There is a fee of 10 per load-The kitchen tools and appliances were worn and tired, do not meet “luxury” standards-The hot tub took an hour or so to warm up.-Cleaning started at 7 AM, and the sound carried throughout the house, often waking us up.After booking through VRBO, we were surprised to get an email stating that a large cash tip was expected, which was not disclosed on the listing. We initially received a “suggestion” for a 2,500 tip, which then was lowered to 800. Upon checking out, The house manager was eager and overly focused on confirming we left a tip, which left a sour taste in our mouths.Also, this is our 3rd time in CR, and we do not recommend Jaco

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Glad we choose this location. The guard at the front was always on duty 24/7. The house was everything you could dream of. 10/10 recommend.
