Casa Marianna

Our family of 6 with kids from ages 14-11 lived our stay here. We spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub area with beautiful grounds and lots of outdoor seating. The house was spacious and in a perfect location. We could walk for coffee and to several restaurants for dinner. There is also a beach within walking distance (15 minute walk) There are several beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minute drive as well as well as some great wineries. The most beautiful beaches within Carvoeiro is an 8 minute drive. John was very responsive. We would stay here again!

We had the best holiday at Casa Marianna. The villa was spacious and extremely comfortable. It’s a lovely 15 min walk down to the beach and a lovely restaurant/bar that has great food and is also only a 30 min walk down into Carvoeiro. All in all a fantastic place to go for a holiday. We will be back.

We had such a lovely family holiday in John’s property. We loved the pool area, two BBQ areas, the beds were comfortable and there was so much space to relax. The property was way above our expectations and we had such a fantastic time. We managed to lock ourselves out one day and I had to message John. Within minutes someone came around d to help us which was very much appreciated. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

My husband and I and our 2 grown daugthers and their husbands just spent a wonderful week at Casa Marianna. The house was amazing and beyond comfortable for our family. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful yard with large pool and hot tub with loads of room inside for everyone. Communication with the host was amazing and he send a lovely welcome guide with lots of helpful information- I highly recommend this property

We stayed here in July - 8 of us, 2 families with teenagers and had a fantastic time. The villa had everything we needed, plenty of space, clean, good facilities in a quiet area. I don’t think the photos do it justice and we were impressed when we arrived. The pool area is lovely and lots of outdoor spaces. We had an issue with one of the toilets in the week and this was fixed quickly and effectively. We hired cars and this is something I would advise. The journey from the airport took around 50 minutes and was straightforward. We used the cars for supermarket trips, waterpark and visits to the lovely town of Carvoiero and driving around the area was easy. A really enjoyable stay in a great villa

The villa was spotless and very spacious for our family of seven, including two two little ones The villa has a spacious outdoor area with an amazing clean large pool. John was an excellent host responding immediately to solve an issue with the hot tub, including visiting us the next morning. Our only criticism was our towels were not changed midway as described in the guidebook.

Much bigger than we were expecting. Pool was great, well equipped kitchen, lots of outside seating and spaces to hang out.

Fantastic stay in a magnificent villa which perfectly matched the description. The environment was very quiet in a residential area. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very well heated (additional to the price, worth it for a stay in spring). The location is ideal, not far from one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

We really enjoyed our time here. Walkable restaurants and supermarket 5 mins drive. The property itself was really lovely - great spaces and the pool was amazing - we had it heated which was definitely needed early April and just perfect. Super easy to contact the hosts who were very helpful. Check in and out was easy and a simple process. Our kids were 10, 12 & 14 and so the different levels / steps no issue - but probably wouldn't recommend for elderly relatives or self harming toddlers. However I would highly recommend. Kitchen well equipped too & coffee machine.
