Stayed Sep 5, 2023It was like a house that had recently been built but, no one had gone through the villa to find and rectify the snags. Maintenance staff were excellent and came round twice and resolved 4 problems. We found other problems but decided not to report them as we were supposed to be on holiday. Regarding the Safe, a) there should be instructions on its use other than in Portuguese, b) The master key was in the safe, which is high risk - I handed it to reception for safe keeping. The main problem was no internet WIFI, both reception and Algarve Lifestyle stated there was based on a Vodaphone modem with a tag stating WIFI however, this was for the TV only.
