The property features two private pools: a standard pool and a heated pool available upon request for an additional fee (€15 per day), maintained between 26-28°C. The rooftop terrace houses a relaxing hot tub, while in the common areas you will find a pool table and foosball to enjoy with family.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025The villa is a large bright and spacious villa. It is about 20 minutes walk into town or a taxi back was under 5 euros. It’s close to Lidl. The pool is a little on the small size for such a large villa. We paid for pool heating but not sure it was on. We contacted the agency who said they raised a ticket and the temperature would be a maximum of 26 degrees. Baring in mind the temperature outside was on average 22 degrees the pool was so cold no one went in it. Therefore a waste of money paying for the pool heating. The hot tub was well used but was switched off the day before we left so we were unable to use that on the last night. We used the BBQ,and pool table. Overall I have stayed in 6 different villas in Lanzarote all between February and April and would say the only thing that let the villa down was the pool temperature.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Location was a little too far out. Cleanliness was not great. Floors were dirty. Yoghurt on couch and floor from previous guest. Communication with company was good.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Much to like about this villa but also many areas for improvement: *Some of the patio doors are locked for your safety??? -including the one from the upstairs bedroom. One of the reasons we chose this villa was to access the terrace and the hot tub from the bedroom and this was not possible. *Wardrobe in main downstairs bedroom had black mould and smelled dreadful. Unusable. Maintenance guy arrived on Monday and painted over it - smell returned within 24 hours - was unable to use for whole holiday. *Air conditioning had been left on in one of the bedrooms we weren't using - we didn't notice for 2 days by which time we had put 40 euro in and coin holder was full. No contact with property management team over weekend so had to limit use of AC. To be fair, we were given the 40 euros back, but not ideal situation. *No indoor floor brush or mop provided -by the end of the week the floors were filthy - no cleaning products/cloths at all in the villa *Sunloungers were very uncomfortable *Pool and hot tub had sand in them when we arrived on Thursday, not cleaned til Monday. Everything here is very basic and in the very competitive villa rental market, there are better options in this price range. This is our 7th villa rental and this has been our worst experience of a property management company. Not good enough to only be available Mon - Fri.
