Stayed Jul 26, 2021The staff at the house were kind, helpful and prompt to address any of our requests. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable but could use some repairs. We had a torrential rain one night and the rain poured into the house through doors and windows. The wifi did not reach most places in the house, so that was inconvenient when we needed to be inside due to rain. Overall, the location was on a quiet side of the island, it felt safe and had a beautiful view. The pool was amazing and it was such a great experience to see iguanas, lizards and crabs in the yard, it was very exciting for our kids! They also loved playing on the billiards table. The Cook made incredible food and she has so much personality! She was willing and able to make any food we requested and all of her dishes were delicious! Our kids loved everything she made, which is a huge win! We had an amazing trip there and would recommend it for anyone wanting to visit San Andres with a larger group or looking to be further away from the city.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I went with a large group of friends and we stayed for 4 days. The compound is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The main house is immaculate. Most of the house overlooks either the ocean or the green mountain. A lot of comfortable spaces and different hangouts within the property. The landlord is beyond attentive. She was always readily available to accommodate our needs and gave us sugesstion as to what to do on the island . This is truly an outstanding place where to stay. We'll be coming back for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Description of the property is bang on, what you see in the picture is what you get. The pool has a great temperature all day (for March at least). The air conditioners are in great shape, we had to asked couple times to elevated the temperature as it was cold inside the house. The property is well maintained by Sra Mercedes which cooked our breakfast everyday. She prepared a delicious arepas. Also, Manuel (the housekeeper) was always ready for us, he helped me to setup the BBQ and the Jacuzzi. The transaction was very smooth and reliable, every time I asked a question I received an answer in less than an hour, and many times only minutes. I recommend this property if you want to relax and be away from the downtown. We didn't experience the beach close to the house as it was deep, and I was traveling with my daughters. However, we hit every beach recommended by the owners, and it was great! I especially recommend the beach at the Hotel Isleno, and donde Francesca; crystal clear beach, with white fine sand. All you can ask for a beach at the Caribbean. We will come back to San Andres, and no doubt where we are going to stay.
