The view is amazing! Location is great, and the beach and several restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! We traveled many times in Italy and we couldn’t believe that we will have this horrible experience. When we got to the property ( with our four kids) it was nobody at the location. We tried to call and no one answered. We were waiting about two hours and finally a neighbor was able to contact the owner( who lives in another place). It took a while until she come. No elevator!!! The house is on a very low level. ( many stairs, not good if you have luggages) Inside, very, very dirty ( ants everywhere) It looks good in the pictures but reality is so different. Very dirty place!!!Location is not that bad but not too good either. Everything dirty and everything old!!!It looks like an abandoned house.( my impression is that they don’t come here very often and they don’t have clients, that’s why they don’t take care of the property). We couldn’t close the door and we were stressed about our luggage. Italy is beautiful but this location was a very bad experience for us.

We had a wonderful day at this beautiful villa with a gorgeous view. Located perfectly and walking distance to stores, restaurants and bus stops. Benedetta could not have been a better or sweeter hostess, giving us tips and responding to every request. The home was most comfortable, clean and well stocked with food and supplies. Even had limoncello and fruit waiting for us! Thank you, thank you, we definitely will recommend to others and would stay here again!

The perfect spot for family or a group of friends looking for amazing views at the top of Positano. Francesca, our host was very friendly and accommodating. Be ready to climb many many stairs or take alternative transportation such as the city bus or a taxi to get to / from the city centre.
