With neutral fabrics, hardwood floors, and large french doors, the home’s interiors are soft, warm, and utterly luxurious. Outside, marvel at the sweeping views of surrounding landscapes and vineyards with a glass of local wine inhand, lounge by the infinity pool with your friends, or host a cookout on the terrace for the entire group. Guests can also stay active, as the property has its own paved basketball court.

Home Truths:
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- The exterior chaise loungers next to the pool/spa have been updated and may differ from those shown in the listing photos.
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $150 per day plus tax.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- Please do not pick the avocado trees.
- The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- The entry gate at this property must remain open at all times.
- There is a working avocado grove at the property located below the driveway. Please note that this grove is not part of the AvantStay rental property and is managed exclusively by the homeowner’s landscaping team. Guests do not have access to this area.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    Very quiet location with beautiful views. Sounds of birds all around and a spotting of a few coyotes. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of closet space in the master bedroom. (Not so much in the downstairs bedroom.) Quick drive down the hill to Old Town and plenty of restaurants.

    We had a wonderful time and the advant stay team was helpful with any issues. We were not able to use the oven due to a gas line issue but were able to use convection. This was an issue because we did most of our meals at home. I would recommend looking closely at what is available in the kitchen if you are planning a lengthy stay. Bring your own cozy amenities, throw blankets…. There were no extra linens which made it difficult to clean the beddings and have the beds ready in time for the night. Overall it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place.
