Casa Bonita - Beach Villa and Pickleball Resort

We enjoyed this house very much. The sunsets from the back patio were the best part of the trip. The pool and spa were very clean. Check in and check out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Beach was not crowded at all and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only downfall was the spa times allowed (my husband only likes the spa and would have liked the spa times longer) me and the kids enjoyed the pool till spa time. When they explained the reason for this we understood. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, and stress free vacation. That’s exactly what I got!!!

The location of this property is absolutely the best! There were some things that could use updated in the house, including replacing lightbulbs and general maintenance but overall it is a great place. We were disappointed that the pool pump was not working when we arrived and although they came out several time while we were there it never did work as it should. Other than those things, it was an amazing time and we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

The Casa Bonita is a beautiful getaway!!! The sunsets are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its direct access to the beach. Meal times around the large table and evening movie time were priceless. If you enjoy shelling, this is the place to be. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the waves and the tropical breeze, melted all our cares away. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Perfect home for our family vacation. Absolutely incredible beach and pool experience and we were so comfortable all together in the house with 11 of us including kids! The only negative is this house now spoiled us on our beach experience! We will certainly be back. Thank you so much!

Loved the location, the views,the size and the spa pool and hot tub. They were still recovering from the effects of the hurricaine but were receptive and responsive to issues. Would definitely return.

The pool and beach are definitely the best part of this property. The rest looks much different than the pictures listed on the Vrbo site. I realized a hurricane devasted much of the area this past fall, but I specifically reached out to the owner beforehand and he assured me all was good. A little transparency and/or updated pictures or descriptions would have been welcomed so it wasn't such a surprise upon arrival. We left a list (as per the check-out instructions) of things that needed attention, burnt out bulbs, things that were broken, etc. and I was accused of being nit picking. We had a few issues with the hot tub as the jets were not working half the time (were fixed mid-week) and the temp never got above lukewarm. They kept saying it heats to 103, but no one came to see for themselves that it didn't. There are wires hanging around doorways, broken washing machine, broken windows, bathroom door had white tape on it to 'fix' it, broken toilet paper holder, multiple burnt out lights, broken cabinet door, whole room in the basement was taped off, dirty/stained couch/ottoman, cleaned up dirt/bugs by balcony in first bedroom upstairs, lots of dirt/dust in all corners of the house, etc. I tried to be respectful of the owner and address these issues with him as these were things we noticed and I felt like he got defensive. We truly believe the property has lots of potential and we enjoyed the outdoor space but definitely did not feel it was ready to be rented post-hurricane.

Casa Bonita offers so much space, you can easily fit two or three families in this large house. The back yard facing the ocean offers the most beautiful views , especially of sunset. The backyard is also always hot and perfect for swimming. The downstairs is such a great hang out space with a bar and pool table and large tv. This is our second time staying here and definitely recommend it.

The house was great could be cleaner food in couch and pool turned green but had a great time a lot of mosquitoes could not sit outside some times

I can not say enough good things about Casa Bonita!! It was so perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). The location can not be beat, and the beach and pool areas were fabulous!! The house had every amenity we could want or need. The owner was very responsive throughout the booking process and helpful with all our questions. We were met at the house by Janie who gave us a tour and explained everything we would need to know about the property. There were so many extras - just an abundance of care was taken to provide us with the best experience. This vacation was seamless and we are already planning to visit again next year - great property, no complaints!!
