The 2nd floor (65m2) includes a kitchen, dining room, a living room with a large corner sofa (sleeps 2 children), fireplace, flat-screen TV, a WC, an east terrace (16.50m2) with sea view, and a west garden exit.

The 3rd floor (37m2 attic) features the Black & White bedroom (double bed), a WC with shower, an office with a library, and a window offering a view of the Aegean Sea.
