Stayed Nov 8, 2024Several complaints about this property that I will list below, but the first is the lack of communication with the owner. I had to literally hunt them down on other platforms to get a response on how to checkin. They replied a mere couple of hours before 3pm the check in day. I have lots of screenshots of this. When they did, they didn't apologize and the man that met me for checkin was rude, didn't speak english and was close to yelling at me. Martin was the exact opoosite of what you would expect when paying these prices for a villa. This distrupted our check in plans and we had to alter our travels. The home is not worth over $2,000 per night. Not even close. The rooms are not master suites and don't have bathrooms. The airconditioning is terrible and very loud. Some bedrooms cant even sleep with it on. Its absolutely a problem. Sounds like a truck. The backyard furniture is unsafe and multiple guests fell down and hurt their back, we have images and videos. When i walked to the side of the villa, I found a mountain of busted up furniture laying there. The pool is tiny and not like the pictures provided. The list goes on. When it was time for checkout Martin ran the bell and threatened me to leave, I had to step up to him and ask him to apologize. I was threatened with violence. Want to know more? Stayed Sep 13, 2024This was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. The place was exceptionally bright, clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant smell. The property manager, Martin, was a very kind person who was prompt in assisting us and answering all our questions. The location of the place is only a few minutes away from Miami Beach, South Beach, and Brickell, and it is close to many nice restaurants. It was worth every penny we paid.
