Really cool setup with the 2 separate “living apartments” but right next to each other connected by a breathtaking balcony. Very responsive host. Be ready to walk up a few flights to get to the apartment but worth it. Would stay here again.

We liked the property and the multiple kitchens/washers, but there is not much to do in the winter unless you rent a car and drive to Amalfi or Sorrento. The host was really communicative and helpful and I bet this place comes alive in the summer. I would stay again, but not in the off-season.

Amazing patios! Short walk up stairs to duplex. 15 min walk down hill/stairs to beachtown, long steep walk back up to unit. Overall fabulous stay & lots of exercise!

We had a wonderful stay in Praiano. Francesco was incredibly helpful and very responsive. He gave suggestions on where to eat and organized taxis for us. Praiano was a perfect place to stay. Has some great restaurants and the town is quiet. The house was perfect for our group of 6. Lots of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location in town and on the Amalfi Coast. Good customer service and amazing view. Very spacious villa and I would still recommend to a friend. We only had a few disappointments with the Villa and customer service. The TVs did works as advertised the entirety of our stay but once I notified the manager he worked hard to have service repaired. We really didn’t plan on watching any TV during our stay so it wasn’t a huge deal. Also the downstairs coffee maker wasn’t working and only one filter was available to make coffee. So we had to go out and buy filters after the coffee maker was replaced.Another issue was the bed comfort in the downstairs master bedroom. Worse mattress I’ve slept on in 10 years. For the price of this Villa I think that is unacceptable. Despite these issues… We were still charged an additional €15 for additional sets of towels. You’d think they would have given them complimentary after all the issues we had. Oh well.

Clean, spacious, great views

The host was always very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again. The home was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to local restaurants and beach. Centered to Amalfi and Positano. 15 min. cab ride to both towns.

Easy to get around if you like stairs - which they are in full disclosure at booking. Our place was clean and had everything we needed and more.

He was highly responsive before, during, and after our stay, making sure all our needs were met. He assisted us with arranging transportation from Naples to Praiano and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward thanks to his clear instructions. We stayed in two units, both of which were fantastic. The apartments offer stunning views and are conveniently located near the main street and bus stop. We were pleasantly surprised to find toiletries provided, a rarity in many of the places we stayed in Italy. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walkless than 10 minutes by bus. We highly recommend this place, especially for large groupsfamilies.

He checked in regularly and helped us set up excursions and activities. The home was perfect for our group - 4 adults and 4 kids. We hope to return!

The place was perfect for our large group of friends and family. SMAAC went above and beyond with helping coordinate our airport transfers and booking a fun boat excursion. They were very helpful and responsive through the duration of our stay. Loved our Praiano experience!

We have never came across such an amazing team caring supportive and th we attention to detail. Francesco and the team have left us a welcoming pack with a dinner breakfast and more. The kitchen has absolutely everything you’ll need for cooking olive oil spices…etc The house is well equipped in a very clean state and extremely comfortable beds, the house has few steps however the views and terrasses are just a dream. Francesco has responded to all our many questions helped settle and made sure we didn’t need anything, he has also organised a boat a car park and has made sure we were looked after in this gorgeous town. I’ll strongly advise to hire a scooter in order to explore the area. Thank you Francesco, we can not thank you enough for this outstanding service. .
