Located in front of the Mediterranean Sea with direct access to the promenade and beach, it is located in the most exclusive area of Torre del Mar / Caleta de Velez.
The urbanization is made up of 12 houses in a private and closed area of 4600 square meters.

The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor it has a porch with a private garden, a kitchen-integrated in the very spacious living room and a bedroom with an integrated bathroom, this is ideal for people with some difficulty climbing the stairs, it has two beds together for individual use that make up a sleeping space of 180 cm, in addition to the entrance hall, it has a laundry room and stairs to the first floor.

    Hemos pasado en familia unos dias geniales, la localizacion no puede ser mejor, tal y como se ve en el anuncio. La casa esta completamente reformada con muy buen gusto y las vistas desde la terraza de la habitacion son espectaculares. El trato con el propietario, inmejorable, muy atento, amable y servicial. Volveremos!

    This was the best rent we've made. All was perfect, and this property is perfect for families with kids. The area is very nice, you don't need a car and in case you need, you can take a taxi very easily. Mauricio is very kind and available to give infos and help for anything you need. Once again, thanks Mauricio, we'll come back for sure !
