This is far from a traditional villa—thoughtfully designed by the current owner, the property blends character with comfort, featuring beautiful wooden ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The villa offers a spacious open-plan interior with a warm rustic charm throughout. The large comfortable lounge, with generous sofas, is ideal for relaxed family evenings together and flows seamlessly into the dining area, centred around a beautiful large wooden dining table overlooking the pool area.

The property features air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months, as well as a reliable WiFi connection for guests who wish to stay connected during their stay.

There are 3 colourful ensuite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind and its own private shower room. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, ideal for easy access, while the upstairs suite offers a more private retreat with lovely countryside views — perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening wind-down.

Outside, the villa is perfectly designed for relaxed Algarve living, surrounded by mature green trees and peaceful countryside views. The private swimming pool takes centre stage, offering plenty of space for cooling off, splashing about with the family, or relaxing on the sunbeds under the warm sun.

Just a short walk from the house you will find a local taberna serving good quality home-cooked food and refreshments — perfect for a lazy lunch or simple evening meal close to home. For larger shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and services, Tavira town centre is only a few minutes away by car.

This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The villa is set within private grounds with parking for 3 cars or more. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor for convenience, with no steps to this level, while the third bedroom is on the first floor and accessed via stairs.
