Cape Paradise - Magnificent 4 BR Villa with heated saltwater pool, kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles

This home is amazing!!! We brought our 6 month old granddaughter and this home was SO clean. We were greeted and made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Andrea was so responsive and helpful! This home is in a great location…also a very nice neighborhood. We biked and walked the baby everyday. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and plan to be back!

We stayed at Cape Paradise over New Years. The house is great with everything you could wish for to have a wonderful vacation. We would definitely rent it again.

One of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! Everything stocked from a crib & high chair, to extra toiletries, beach supplies, literally everything you can think of! Fantastic time.

My boys and I have been coming to Cape Coral since 2016 and have stayed in several houses over the years. This by far is the nicest, well stocked, true to pictures home we’ve stayed in. Part of me wants to keep it a secret because it’s so nice lol. Even before booking I had a question and Andrea answered quickly even though she herself was on vacation. Something new for us was in person check in (the next day) but honestly it was super easy and quick. Charlie was very kind and welcoming, did a quick run through of a few things asked if I had any questions let me know how to get a hold of him or Andrea (she also let me know in the message with the information on how to enter the house) and that was it. You can tell they put a lot of care and thought into not just the house itself but the guest that stay there. Let’s just say we didn’t want to leave and are definitely looking forward to going back next year! 10/10 for sure!!

This is a beautiful rental! It’s the most well-stocked VRBO our family has stayed in to-date. They’ve thought of everything, and this attention to detail is much appreciated. To add to that, the house is super clean and exactly as described in the listing.We loved the pool and spent most of our time in or by it. My sons fished at the sea wall and caught catfish and Mayan cichlids. We also kayaked. The home boasts beautiful sunsets over the canal each night.The rental is in a good location, close to grocery stores, other shopping, restaurants, mini golf/activities and a nice central point between the airport and the beautiful beaches at Sanibel, Fort Myers and Lovers Key State Park.We would love to return! Great place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The photos provided upon booking our stay were exactly what we experienced. The house came with so many amenities for our 14-month old (i.e., crib, high chair, stroller, pool floaties, etc) which was super convenient. The home was very clean and the property manager, Charlie, was awesome to work with. He stopped in the day after we arrived to give a run down of the pool and even provided us with beach recommendations. The area was great and we went on walks through the neighborhood everyday. We had no complaints and would definitely book with Andrea and her team again. 10/10 experience!

This home was immaculate. They have everything you need and more in the home. It was very clean and had a new home smell and feel. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice.We have stayed in several vacation homes and this is the best experience we've had by far.

We have stayed here two years in a row for four weeks each. It’s a beautiful house with beautiful views right on a canal with a wonderful pool. The house is well equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation for small or large families. We would have rented it again if it was available.

This home was more than expected! Beautifully decorated, clean home has everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. Bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen, laundry and bathrooms fully equipped with basics and then some, lovely pool area with basket of towels at the ready, and 3 kayaks for cruising the canals. Close to grocery, restaurants and activities while neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. Would definitely like to come back!

This house is beautiful! It was clean and well stocked! This host has thought of everything! There was floats for little ones, crib, even a high chair! Games, toys, beach toys, beach chair’s & an umbrella. My mind is still blown at all the things this place had! It’s just simply amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for an amazing week!

Property is beautiful….the only problem we had, the bed sizes are incorrect. The master only had a queen, not a king like advertised. One of the rooms had a full size. Other than that, it was amazing and would stay again ??

Loved our stay at The Pelican! Home was clean plenty of room for the 6 of us, when we weren’t out exploring we enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal, swimming and bbq’ing at the house. Would stay again if we ever visit Cape Coral.
