Canal-Front Outdoor Space: Home in Cape Coral

A tranquil and lovely home for the entire family to enjoy! Indoor/outdoor living creates the perfect getaway. The home is very clean and has everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay over the new year holiday. The location was excellent, and place was identical to the photos provided.

We stayed as a family of four with a family of 4 alongside us. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful canal home. We fished, we watched manatee at the tiki umbrella for hours on end, we enjoyed the pool and comfy poolside furniture and tv. The kitchen has full amenities and we enjoyed cooking in a few meals. We also traveled to the beaches at Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. We ate at some local restaurants and the food and seafood was delicious. My kids and I say it was a top vacation spot and we cannot wait to go back. The owners were so kind, welcoming and responsive to our needs. And the house manager checked in on us making sure everything was going well with our stay. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this beautiful vacation home. Get ready to relax and kick up your feet!

House was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! My favorite spots were the pool and the tiki hut to enjoy morning coffee and drinks in the afternoon. Drive to the beach was very easy also! The property managers were very accommodating!

This was a great stay ! We were able to check in a little early upon our early arrival. We enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer. The view was pretty and we were able to see a lot of different things in the water. My family enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone else!! Only downfall I would say is we had to make sure all the towels we used had to be cleaned before we left.

Had a great time on our girls getaway vacation. The house was beautiful and immaculate with lots of ammenities. We enjoyed sitting on the dock at the tiki bar/hut and watching the boats in the canal. The pool temperature was perfect and we enjoyed the use of the floaties and noodles. We will definitely consider this property again!

The property was beautiful as listed in the pictures we enjoyed the saltwater pool and the rotating colored lights in the pool. The bedrooms were nicely located master bedroom bathroom on one side with a sliding door to the pool two bedrooms on the other side of the home one of the bedrooms with a sliding door to the pool and the bathroom had also a door to the pool. It was a couple miles from Publix grocery store Walmart some restaurants and plenty of shopping. We did Uber to quite a few different spots while we were there. We enjoyed Blue Dog bar restaurant on Pine Island in Matlacha, small great food cute atmosphere. We enjoyed Jungle Bird Tiki Hut at Dolphin Island resort, reasonably priced drinks and breakfast.. A short walk from to Ford's Garage, another beautiful restaurant bar atmosphere. The Dek bar was within walking distance of the Ford's garage which was a cool place for our age group we are in our fifties... live entertainment and it is considered a five-star dive bar. We also enjoyed a 15 minute ride to Cheeks, Nauti Parrot and Blackbeard which were all bar restaurants located on the canal, side by side of each other. We stayed the beginning of February 2024 and would recommend this home! Sanibel Island is still quite destroyed from the hurricane in 2022. But Mud Bugs was opened which was a neat bar seafood restaurant. Fathoms and Nauti Mermaid were also stops we made overlooking a marina, again about a 15-minute ride from the home.

We enjoyed every moment at your vacation home away from home; thank you very much for sharing! This home and property exceeded our expectations, and the atmosphere was welcoming and especially tidy! The pool was enjoyable by day and relaxing by night with the awesome lights. The Tiki hut was a great place to gather for tea and enjoy the sunset. We were fortunate to see a few dolphins twice! The house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals. We also enjoyed many local restaurants, especially the Lobster Lady, Twisted Lobster, and Ford’s Garage. We enjoyed the local farmers market and got fresh produce and unique gifts. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach. We enjoyed shelling at both locations; the beaches were beautiful & full of amazing seashells. Sanibel has great bicycle trails to explore the island and Billy’s Rentals is a friendly place to rent bikes. After fun-filled and sun-filled days, we enjoyed peaceful nights’ sleep in the extra comfy beds and quiet atmosphere at the Villa. Thank you so much for your generosity and for sharing your home. The home was amazing. The pool was great for older kids/adults and younger kids a well. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The tiki hut was a fantastic place to drink coffee and have some breakfast. The sunsets over the canal were amazing. We were lucky enough to see a couple dolphins swimming in the canal and jumping fish. The house was perfectly clean and management was very kind and responsive. It is a great central location to get to the beach. The New Years Eve fireworks surrounded us and was fun to watch from the pool and lanai. I cannot say enough good things. One of the best homes we have stayed at.

My family traveled to this property for Thanksgiving week and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well appointed and as advertised. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee under the tiki hut watching the boats go by.
