Our beautiful country house is situated in Pollensa only 1 km from the 9-hole golf course. The old and cultural town of Pollensa lies just 2km away and the beach 5 km.
The property is full equipped including wifi that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024we knew from last visit that this villa was perfect for our family. grandparents had their own domain. kids adored the pool. close to all amenities!! we love pollensa!!

Stayed Sep 23, 2023This is a lovely spacious villa. My husband and I booked the villa mainly for the outside space and for the price, we couldn't have found anywhere better. Fransisco was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly. We would stay here again.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023My husband and I have been to Mallorca many times and like to stay in different places on the island. This villa was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, in a great location and in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors and lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The owner Fransisco was very helpful and friendly. Many thanks indeed.

Stayed Jan 10, 2023This was our 2nd stay and we certainly hope to visit again. January is a good time because everywhere is quiet and not crowded but there is still plenty to do and see. It is in a peaceful setting and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular. Several restaurants are open in the surrounding towns so there is a choice. The train from Sa Pobla to Palma is an easy and regular service. The Caves of Drach and Lluc monastery were lovely and not busy. We were lucky to have 7 sunny & warm days out of 9 and the conservatory on the villa remained warm and we only had the heating on for a short time on 2 evenings. The new TV & channels were a bonus as we prefer not to drive at night along the narrow roads surrounding the villa. All in all, a wonderful holiday to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Stayed Sep 25, 2022The Villa was wonderful and extremely quiet, pool was excellent, very clean inside and gardens well kept, beds comfortable and nothing to much trouble for Francisco always available. It is necessary to have a car but if you want to just go and chill it’s perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is larger than I expected. Everything worked as it should. Not overlooked at all and the owner, Francisco, is lovely and available should there be any problems. His instructions are clear. We found the beds comfortable. The air conditioning works a treat at night. The pool is clean and just the right size. There is a nice view from the roof. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Francisco for keeping the property to a good standard.
