In the paceful village of Mancor de la Vall, this fantastic 19th-century villa welcomes you. In its stone-carved exteriors, surrounded by native vegetation, there is a chlorine pool measuring 4 meters in length by 3 meters in width and a depth of 1.20 meters, ideal for hot days where you can sunbathe, relax with a snack, or enjoy delicious barbecues.

At the heart of this fully modernized two-story villa unfolds a cozy space. The ground floor houses a living room equipped with television and air conditioning, where a comfortable sofa and two armchairs invite relaxation. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch, while the dining area and an additional room with a cozy sofa create a versatile environment for moments of tranquility. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary amenities, presents itself as a functional space for the preparation of delicious meals.     It was a really nice house, so cute, pretty, authentic,… The pool was little, but so perfect, we didn’t needed anything more. It was so perfect for us and the kids. The views upstairs were also spectacular! I recommend 100%!

    Es war eine sehr schöne Reise in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Toller Pool, schöner Garten, gute klimatisiertes und schönes Hauses, ein tolles spanisches Dorf. Ein Erlebnis für jeden der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht oder ein zentraler Stützpunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Ich denke, man sollte trotz allem positiven nochmal an der Ausstattung der Küche arbeiten (scharfe Messer, Pfanne...) Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub der in positiver Erinnerung bleiben wird.

    We, a family of four had a delightful week in Mancor de Vall in this cozy apartment in the middle of the town. The apartment was a lovely mix of rustic spanish with modern, colorful furniture, which was very charming. It was clean and delicate when we arrived, and the host had filled up the refrigerator with fruit, bread and water - thank you! He came by and greeted us shortly after arrival, and we had some contact during our stay regarding the pool - which he promply took care of. The pool was nice and refreshing, and fitting for a small family. Mancor is a very charming village, free from the mass-tourism of many other towns on the island. Quiet and peaceful streets, with the sounds of crickets, chicken and goats! A perfect place for anyone who wants a very relaxing vacation, and rather don't want to be entertained by others. A tiny bakery only three minutes walk away has the worlds most charming ladies who sell fresh pastry every day. Also there is a small supermarket a little further away (still walking distance, small town). Big shopping should be done in Inca. We can really recommend this place with all our hearts!

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Mancor de la Val. Il est situé dans un très mignon petit village peu touristique dans les terres au calme. Le village dispose d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de quelques petits bars et restaurants. Le logement était dans un état de propreté impeccable et dispose de tout le matériel de base pour cuisiner. Il est décoré avec goût et le jardin est très agréable. Points à améliorer pour que tout soit parfait: l'éclairage des pièces de séjour, le sens de la deuxième porte d'entrée qui entre en conflit avec la première et rend presque impossible de rentrer dans le logement avec une poussette et le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine qui n'est vraiment pas pratique. Sinon séjour vraiment agréable, à recommander :)

    Great place very quiet little town; be aware of the government tax on top of the cost of the place, it’s standard but we didn’t know in advance the information came by email that I missed! It worked out at 30€ a day for two of us for 7 nights. Beautiful clean apartment, lovely small pool, supermarket and bakery locally covered basics. Would definitely stay here again

    We had a great time in this charming finca. It has everything you need, although we missed some details to make it the perfect holiday house (only one sharp knife, cutting board, to few pots, no towel rail in the bathroom, no pillows for sunbed). I can definitely recommend to stay there in a group of four people, it’s not made for six people though. Mancor de la Vall is a very charming town. The construction work mentioned from other guests didn’t disturb us at all.

    The description would have you believe that Sa Vall is not overlooked by it's neighbours and is an ideal place to relax by the pool. Unfortunately, that is not the case at the moment, and won't be in future, as a new property is being built at the end of the garden directly overlooking Sa Vall. Besides the constant daytime noise, the three first floor, as yet unglazed, windows of the new property directly overlook the garden and pool of Sa Vall, as we noted shortly after arrival when gawped at by builders. Although the owner, and the property management company 'Villafinca' are aware of these works, they do not seem to consider it their responsibility to inform potential customers. A request from us to be moved to another property was not entertained and we were advised that 'this sometimes happens' and we could put a claim in at the end of our holiday! We have since found that a previous guest, through Airbnb, had raised the matter in July. There are other aspects of the description which are also mis-leading. The grounds around the pool are at various levels, and need to be walked on with care. There is an approximate 1.5 metre un-fenced drop from one pool wall to the concrete ground on the other side, so perhaps not ideal for pre-teen children. The garden grounds beyond the pool are also unkempt (including an old pool ladder dumped in there). The layout of the house is not as described, there is no bathroom on the upper floor, it is on the ground floor, accessed through the patio area outside the kitchen door. There is a shower room on the first floor, accessed from the third 'bedroom' and two bedrooms on the top floor. So maybe not an ideal arrangement if you're going as a group of 6. There are a few other small issues which should be improved: no kettle, only 2 mugs, only 3 coffee cups, no wine glasses (lots of tumblers), washing line but only 3 pegs, no clothes airer inside property, difficult door arrangement coming into property (2 sets of double doors, one set opening inwards, one opening outwards, small space between), door under stairs had broken hinge, shower head in bathroom doesn't stay in holder, bath tap doesn't work as a tap, only as a shower). A real shame, as more honesty and effort could make this a great place once the building works are finished. Village is peaceful, mountains, beaches etc. all easy access by car, plenty of space in house. Poor effort & management let it down!
