Welcome to your holiday retreat in the heart of one of the most charming and relaxing villages on the island.

This beautiful house is designed to provide you with the tranquillity and comfort you deserve during your days of rest. The garden is the perfect place to relax outdoors, with comfortable furniture that invites you to enjoy the breeze and sun. In your pool, you can cool off during the hot summer days, while the covered terraces offer the ideal space for moments of shade, whereyou can savour a delicious meal prepared on the portable barbecue, share laughs with family and friends, or immerse yourself in a captivating read.

Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room, designed to make every moment a comfort experience. The fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your favourite dishes. The house has two cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, designed to ensure rest and relaxation.

Just a few minutes by car, you will find the picturesque town of Pollensa, with its cobblestone streets full of history. You can climb the 365 steps of Calvary, where you will be rewarded with stunning views of the entire valley. You can also explore its museums, enjoy a coffee in the town square or simply immerse yourself in the local atmosphere.

Just a few minutes by car, the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicente await you, with their white sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
