Bright and Cheery 2 Bedroom Villa - Completely Updated

Condo was just as described! My family had a wonderful time! It was clean and felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Definitely recommend!

The place was awesome and super close to the beach even with the small hike over the boardwalk. There is a shuttle service also that runs to and from the apartment. The place was near the indoor pool so that was cool. There were some drawbacks though. The trash can cabinet wouldn’t stay closed. There was black mold growing on the vents and then some growing on the ceiling in the kitchen which was pretty alarming. I messaged them with no response. And there were no extra sheets or blankets so when we needed new sheets during bed time 1 night, I had to stay up until 3 in the morning washing and drying them so we could sleep.

The unit itself was great! It had everything we needed. I do wish it had an actual washer and dryer inside the unit itself. The laundry is located on the second and fourth floor of the resort. The elevator is super slow. You do have a bit of a walk to the beach as well. I’d say roughly 1 mile.

The property is just as described in the listing. Everything was great and clean. There are plenty of pools and activities to keep busy in the resort.

Bright and cheery? Try, messy, broken, and not as pictured! First off, this unit was the opposite of family-friendly. Door was easily opened by littles, cleaners were accessible, trash access was broken and left can open to little hands with no way to close, glass table was broken/chipped with sharp edges, dishwasher wasn’t installed properly leaving sharp pieces exposed, unit had hair and dirt throughout, and icing on the cake, there was a thief roaming around stealing and we were victim! WiFi went out mid week, grounds were dirty. Made multiple attempts to resolve issues with property management and the only resolution was a half-dressed cleaning lady coming out night one, staying until midnight and only changing sheets. Towels had stains, hair, and food, some smelled like body odor. Nothing looked like the pictures, furniture was stained. The only redemption of this property was an indoor pool for a rainy day, which was closed for the first two days! Wishing I could give this experience 0 stars!

The place was comfortable and was a great value. My only complaint was that it was listed at 11 miles from Parris Island and it was actually a 38 mile drive (50 mins). My fault for not doing better research on location.

All was great and just as described. No issues at all. Very comfy beds. Having the indoor pool with the kids was great because we did have a rainy day and it was still cool out.

My family and I had a relaxing stay and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend.

Overall our stay was really nice. We really liked the resort and all it has to offer. The room was clean which was good since we had a little one crawling. The rooms are really bright so if you are used to it being dark when you sleep good luck. Beds were decently comfortable but the corner of the king bed kept caving in. We sleep with fans and there was one box fan available which was great. Unfortunately, we were not able to get into the locker with the beach items. I messaged the owner to figure out what the trick was or if I was doing something wrong and I never got an answer. Also when arriving the garbage drawer would not shut. I messaged the owner and never heard anything back again. I was not impressed with the lack of communication unless it was in regards to getting money for the place.

First time in Hilton Head. We had a great time. Condo was exactly how it was described. Very cozy and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice and very convenient to get to the indoor pool which was nice with the on and off rain that happened that week. It was a little complicated trying to find the beach cart but other than that our stay was great.

The TV in one of the bedrooms was broke and there was a leak under the kitchen sink and it had been that way a long time. The owner said we broke the tv and tried to charge us for it. We did not know we should have reported all the broken stuff when we got there. Big mistake.

I hope this saves someone from wasting their time and money. Upon arriving we did a walk thru of the unit. I wouldn’t consider this “newly renovated” anymore. For one thing, it wasn’t clean. There was something spilt down the side of the cabinets, all walls appeared dirty with paint chipping from walls and doors, a hole in the bathroom wall, 2 of the 3 beds had red on them which appeared to be blood, the mirror had mouth and hand prints, the couch had dark spots all over where it appeared things were spilled, every lamp shade and picture was crooked, a brown binder that was supposed to be white, a lamp with no light bulb at all, and every vent in the unit covered with mold. The property manager was extremely unpleasant and refused any type of compensation or refund. Having two kids under 2 and to immune compromised adults, we decided to cut our losses and go somewhere else. Best decision we ever made! We were told “the kinds of people who stay here, don't have a problem with these things”. You can tell by state of the unit, that the property managers only care about the money, not providing a quality, cleanliness experience to their paying customers.

We loved this property and will definitely be back .

Easy to find location. Nice walk on the boardwalk over the marshes to the private beach. The Resort Facilities were nice. Nice overall stay. Word of warning for anyone looking for an perfectly quiet stay away from children (specifically during summer). The indoor pool is inside the building here and closes at 11pm. Didn't bother us at all, but was noticeable and may bother others.

Great trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our things. The location is excellent. I loved being able to easily get to and from the beach, and it is in easy driving distance from plenty of shops and great restaurants.

Location is as described. We enjoyed our stay. The villa is well appointed. Pools and property were clean. Would stay here again!!!
